Try not skipping the intro, I find if you skip the cutscene immediately too many times in a row it starts happening. If I simply wait longer before skipping the cutscene, it never happens to me. Obviously it needs to be fixed, but this info is likely a hint on how to fix it & it's a workaround for us.

It takes like 60 seconds or less to start with this glitch and only happens when you skip the intro to challenge before everything is loaded in. It takes like 2-3 seconds just dont skip instantly to prevent it
