Won't let me play crossplay anymore. On Skate

It wont let me play with my friend on Playstation anymore. So I got off to move my Xbox to a different room, after playing for a little while, but when I went to hop back on it popped up with that when I tried to join we tried everything to fix the issue and both our crossplay is turned on. I dont know what to do?
