Blank Marketplace on PS5

A few weeks past I decided to look into the marketplace. It was after a download for the sims4. Going to the marketplace I found that there is nothing there??

There were quite a few kits I was interested in and felt like I was going to buy one or two because I had the extra cash. I knew what the marketplace was supposed to look like due to some content creators on YouTube. I thought may there was a glitch and down the road there was a fix that was supposed to fix some problems... so I tried again. Same result. 

Today I did the update, when on because of the event.... marketplace is still blank. No packs, expansions, or kits are on my marketplace. I am still interested in buying.. I would have bought off the PS5 add-on section for The Sims 4, but there are no kits there anymore. 

Please let me buy kits for the Sims 4 again. (I prefer from the PS5 side)

(as a side note I have an ea membership that I am still paying each month, but the discount hasn't worked for any of my PS5 Sims 4 purchases)
