When you lock a door / gate for all pets, all cats, all dogs and all horses all previous locking configurations you have made get deleted.
Instead, it should just be added to whatever other lockin...

I am just adding my report here as it is likely the same thing. The "Lock for all [cats/dogs/pets]" does not appear to work no matter what other "lock" configurations one may have on a door or gate. I have tried starting from a freshly installed door with just the "lock for all xxx" and no other parameters set as well as "relocking" pre-existing doors and gates. I have confirmed on multiple lots and a fresh save. I cannot confirm the status of "lock for all chickens" as my chickens have never seemed inclined to wander outside their designated areas anyway, locked gates or otherwise.
I would gladly accept this as a new "feature" in exchange for a working lock on refrigerator doors. Or the ability to Ex-Lax leftovers.
