[BH] Children can create businesses and buy cafes and shops

After the release of the add-on, it became possible for children to create a business in the game. They can create a business, as well as buy a plot for it. The purchase of restaurants, veterinary clinics and other things has also become available to children. I don't think that's how it should be, so I decided to write about it.
