[COLLECTION] Blast From the Past: Issues with specific Tasks

Nope. In the initial save I started this rewards event in, he most likely could not show because I had the population settings in MCCC set to 80% of only allowing sims from my library to be generated as townies. I hate the horribly dressed random generated townies, which is why it is set that high, but it should have allowed him to spawn with the remaining 20% I allow of ugly random townies to spawn. I think the game spawned Yuki Behr instead of Emit because that was the only sim that matched the hair description. She has the same hairstyle as Emit. In fact I hovered over that sim and that is who spawned, not Emit. Another issue is that the introduce to Emit task registered as complete, even though I didn't even do that task. I then tried a new mod-free save and found him, but was not allowed or able to do an introduction action since it somehow registered as being previously completed. It lets me talk to him, but that sim does not  show in the relationship panel whatsoever.
