The buff_Trait_Rogue.package does not show the skill modifier for Mischief. Unless it is provided another method—I think this is a bug/mistake. I have not directly tested in game I was just browsing the files, edit: I also did some testing in game without CC/mods, and there is no advantage. See Rogue/Disruptive vs. Grouch:

Adding some more info to this.
The tool tip suggest that it should build faster so either it's an issue with the text or the modifier.
didn't you report this before and it was moved to Feedback by a CM ?
Threads moved to Feedback were deemed as such by EA.
This will probably be moved again as I don't move threads to feedback. EA does.
It is clearly not in the code, and if it is elsewhere. I'd like it confirmed and closed, not moved to feedback. Or I will just delete it again, it is extremely patronizing especially how I have provided the tuning files and screenshots.
I am already aware you do not move threads, I also know you are a volunteer and I remember you from Sims 3 days. But I am also aware the EA moderators move bugs to feedback incorrectly, such as Ailments being too frequent, yet the second one from a different user was not.
It is also not troubleshooting. I am sorry but the tuning files are proof it isn't there. I am trying to help point out a mistake—not give my feedback or need help troubleshooting. As a modder who has fixed old games where devs made mistakes in the scripts and tuning files, I am just trying to get a fix while devs are still around to provide fixes and updates.
And if you and the moderators are basically telling me as a modder I can fix it myself (which I already know how and can) but they will not officially—I will stop trying to help.

Depending on how many user post on something, it can happen that they reconsider (in case of the ailment)
Please take it up with them if you're not happy about something. Overriding moderating decisions can get you in trouble.
That is understandable about the tag.
That I am aware of I have no where to take it up with them, hence my little soapbox stance below.
It just I'd held off updating/reporting on the wiki that the trait is not working correctly by posting this report first as a courtesy and I was not happy about the outcome.
