do you have the CAS unlocks mod in your game? i had the same problem with there being no lashes category, and i saw that removing that mod fixed it and it reappeared.
i am actually having the same issue with the eyelashes category not showing at all when i have my cc and mods in my game. I don't have the cas unlocks mod in my game, is there something else that could be the issue?
Once you have updated all mods, you have no choice but to test which mods work and which don't. Luckily for me it was the CAS unlocks.

edit: I figured out how i solved my problem! try deleting all of your cc lashes and it should fix it. twisted cat came out with updated lashes specifically for the new patch so you can download those! im not sure which in specific caused the problem but to be safe right now, download the updated ones.

I updated the mod, now the eyelashes are there. 😁
