Hair clipping into men's shoulders

One of my favorite base game hairstyles clips into men's right shoulders, particularly when they turn their heads. I'd really love to see this finally fixed along with several other little CAS glitches. This one especially bugs me since it's one of my favorite hairs. Women don't have the shoulder clipping problem.
