Could you post a picture of what you are seeing ? Does it differ from what is reported in the thread I linked ?
I think I am having the same issue. In game, my events will mark as completed. But the past week, I have not been able to pull up the rewards center page at all. I have already done all of the recommenced trouble shooting actions. I've attached pictures.
