My sims 4 isn't allowing me to upload my household to my gallery on my xbox one. I have cleared the cache, unplugged and plugged in my xbox, restarted my xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled sims, my wifi is fine, and done a power cycle, my birthdate is correct and my account isn't child locked, my xbox and game are up to date. and it still isn't working. How do I fix this?
