Tattoos in Gallery not working!

I’m currently playing on ps5, I bought the business and hobbies pack for the tattoos but it’s been a waste of money since the custom tattoos in the gallery won’t download! I click on the tattoos in the gallery and the whole screen freezes , I have to restart the whole game! This is super frustrating
