Update 2.32

I just downloaded the newest update on my console and all the packs I owned disappeared. It told me to download them but when I checked my downloads they all said installed. Another thing that was weird is the menu where you’d normally go to buy a pack was completely empty and white and it wouldn’t let me move around.  Is there anyway to fix this issue? Are my packs lost forever!!?

    Do the items show in build/buy? If playing on console, restore liscenses should fix this problem if they dont show in build/buy

    Hi! I play on the Xbox One and for some reason there is no option to download an update for me....I've tried everything but no update seems to be downloading..any advice?
