Since it's a maker pack just go to Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage then go to the maker pack section and uninstall from there.

After that restart the game and reinstall the pack.

Hi crinrict, I have tested the uninstall and re-install method you suggest and I can confirm that the following circled items from Icemunmun's Cozy Coffee Set Maker Pack do not slot to kitchen counters and this is very dissapointing. I do not have mods or CC in my game and I play on PC, on the latest patch and once again I did the uninstall and re-install method you suggested in your comment above.
