Embedded the video above as it's too big to upload
Hello, I have attached the video in a link above, after having a couple of issues with getting my game to load due to mods etc I had finally got Sims 4 loaded up and ready to play, however I have had to reinstall all of my content that I had downloaded. The only one I have left to do is the holiday celebration pack however whenever I click on the button on the market place it doesn't do anything.
This is after clearing my EA cache, my localcache, trying to find it on the ea app to download and on the browser. As I have mods that have this pack as a required add-on, which I have temporarily removed to prevent further issues in my game. I'm not sure what else to do as all the other packs I've installed i have downloaded with no issue, but this is the only one that just seems to not want to work. Any other suggestions as to what I could do?
