Game freezes when interacting with the marketplace

I just downloaded the marketplace update on my PS5. When I click on the marketplace, the game freezes and I have to force quit the game. Also, when I click on “Claim your free gift” from the side men...

Hi BAYLA_period​

If you load to the main menu of The Sims and wait for 1 full minute, then try opening Marketplace, does the error still appear for you?

    Hello. & Yes. I still receive the same error after waiting for a minute before opening the marketplace.

      BAYLA_period​ Could you make a separate bug report for the "Something went wrong" error you're seeing when you try to claim Country Kitchen? That way we can better track and report these issues. Thank you!
