the majority of maker pack items i have are missing from my game. i've tried uninstalling then reinstalling, removing my mods folder to see if something is causing an issue, repairing the game, etc. and nothing has helped. entire packs that i paid for are just completely gone.
as you can hopefully see from the image, these are all of the maker items that appear in build/buy despite the fact that i have far more packs installed.

Sorry to hear that some of the maker kits you've purchased aren't appearing in-game. Just to confirm, are the kits activated under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection? If so, then please give the following steps a try:
- Deactivate and uninstall all of the missing maker kits
- Close the game
- Clear the game's cache: delete localthumbcache.package in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Launch the game
- Reinstall the maker kits and activate them (Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection)
If the maker kit items are still missing, please close the game, try renaming your The Sims 4 folder under App Data > Local > Electronic Arts, and reopen the game.

i've tried and the items still aren't showing up.
i have 15 maker packs, 11 of which are build/buy and only 14 items are visible in my game. the cas items are showing without issue.
