Ok, I renamed the TS4 folder and all content is back now. Asked ChatGPT about it. I am on steam deck just in case. Go to
~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1222670/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/TS4
rename TS4 to TS4_old.That’s the Marketplace/Maker Packs storage folder. In game you need to download all content again and then it appears in build mode.
