Maker system showing no internet connection.

I am in an online status on the EA platform. I am also able to connect to the gallery. However, when I click on a maker pack, I get a continuous loading screen. When I exit out of it, a message pops up saying I am off line. I have reported the continuous loading screen before, but left out the internet connection part. I hope this information can help fix the problem. I have tried resetting my modem, restarting the EA app. I can't think of anything else I can do on my end. I have purchased maker packs before. This problem is new. It has been occuring since April 14th. As a result of this issue, I cannot purchase maker packs.
