I loaded up the sims 4 on my ps5 and the marketplace is bugged :/. I am updated to the newest version and simply cannot access the marketplace at all. When clicking on an expansion pack it says there is an error and to check my internet connection (my internet connection is not the issue) and then just shows a white screen throughout each category of the marketplace.

Hey NichoIe,
Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting through or getting the marketplace to load. Just to make sure we have a bit more information, can you try the following to see if there's any change?
First we want to try clearing the PS5 system cache using Safe Mode. This can fix storefront or UI issues where pages fail to load properly, so it's worth checking in this situation. Steps for that are on PlayStation's site here and can be found below:
- Fully power off the PS5
- Hold the power button until you hear the second beep (Safe Mode)
- Connect the controller via USB
- Go to Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Clear System Software Cache
If that doesn't do the trick, we'll want to try rebuilding the PS5 database. This won't affect your save data, just be sure not to select the Reset PS5 option.
- Enter Safe Mode again (same steps above)
- Select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database
- Let the process fully complete before restarting
