The market place is blank on PlayStation 5, I’ve reset my console and game, restored license and nothing is working just blank white ?

Writing to report an issue I'm experiencing in the The Sims 4 following the recent marketplace update.
The marketplace is not properly loading Maker pack content. I've purchased "Moola", but I'm currently unable to use it because the associated content will not load or appear as expected.
Issue Details:
- Maker Pack content does not load in the marketplace
- Purchased Moola cannot be applied or used
- Issue persists after restarting the game
I've attached a screenshot for reference showing the issue.
I'd appreciate any guidance on a fix or timeline for resolution, as this is preventing access to purchased content.

Having this same issue with kits as well. It never loads and I am not able to purchase.
