Marketplace is blank

Am I the only one who cannot see anything in the marketplace after uninstall and reinstalling the game multiple times turning on and off my PlayStation 5 I am still not able to access anything in the store. I can’t see anything in the Discover mode. I can’t see anything in my collection. I can’t even see what the moolah can purchase because I am not able to open anything. Did they make the game only for PC users now? Is it no longer console friendly and that is the reason I cannot access anything not feeling the new update very upset as a long-term Sim player on console. 

I am still having the issue where I cannot use Marketplace.  It will not load.  I am using a PC.  It broke after the last update.  I know a lot of people are commenting to my post that use playstation.  I use a PC.

I was having the same issue. Once I removed all my mods and tried again it finally loaded. I have no clue which one is causing it though unfortunately. 

The marketplace worked fine until just a bit ago for me. I lost access to my preorder exclusive stuff and was told to uninstall and then reinstall, and now the marketplace is blank again 🙃

I click on the makers pack and it never loads for me to purchase it. It just keeps rotating like it's trying to load, but never does

... The marketplace won't load, nothing on there shows anything (it's only just updated today) there's no packs, no kits showing up I've restarted console and the game itself numerous of times and still won't let me see anything in the marketplace 🫤 I miss the old version 😭

I only play sims 4 in my Play Station 4, i was excited of the New marketplace, but surprise! It's just white, no packs, and in the bowser section it just appears that there is no content matching to my filter criteria, is this a bug or smth? I wish it will be fixed soon🙏

Having this same issue with kits as well. It never loads and I am not able to purchase. 

I read that the latest patch was supposed to fix the market place but it doesn’t even load now outside of the little images on the Home Screen whenever I click into market place and click something it says content unavailable and it freezes then I have to close and reopen the game and I was excited for the market place seeing as console doesn’t have mods…but it won’t even load

Following because the same. I load into Sims 4 and click to search the marketplace. Marketplace shows up, but when I click on a kit or a pack or a creator-made thing, it does just like the screenshot and never loads.
