Pack selection on Marketplace

I cannot deactivate packs in the marketplace. I can only activate them. What am I doing wrong? 
Please help😞

    Hi Kerstine216​ 

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Do they not activate when you click on them or what exactly happens ? Could you maybe add some pics ?
