Purchased some moola from the PlayStation store. Contacted PlayStation support and they are looking into it. But the purchased moola will not show in game, multiple restarts and restore licenses have been tried.

yourstrulyNC_ I'm on PS5 but it's almost the same way. You go to settings > account management > restore licenses

Are you on ps4 or ps5? I want to try to do this but afraid it wont work on my ps4 lol
I also bought moola and haven’t received it either!
