When logging into the game i get the pop up for "FREE MAKER DROPS: Sit Next to Me & Velvet Bow Heels are free noe until july 9, & theyre just the first... [ X claim on marketplace]" but neithet pack ...
Ideas
I’m on PS5. The “free” maker packs are not visible anywhere for me to actually claim them. I’ve reset, relaunched… searched the full catalogue multiple times. Possibly it’s the UI as there is a tab in the marketplace section that simply will NOT scroll down to the bottom of the page. I can only assume that’s where they are located.
I have attempted to claim from the main menu but clicking on it does not bring me to the items I’m supposed to be able to claim.
help please?? How am I supposed to claim something that is not visible within the browse or discover sections nor within the maker packs or free sections.
thanks
