Purchased maker packs doesnt show up ingame

I recently purchased 3 maker packs today October 29th, 2026, and they say they are owned and in library but does not show up in game!! I have done everything from recovering the app, clearing the cache, restarting the ea. app, deleting the localthumbcache file and still nothing is appearing in my game!! Theres nothing, I can click on in my library, and in the add Ons it only shows the actual game packs not the packs from the maker packs. I was so excited to get these packs now I'm wondering if it's even worth purchasing anymore in the future!!! I'm seriously upset!!! I spent money and received nothing in return. So, my question is what now? Do I get a refund since I actually didn't receive what I purchased? Can anyone Help me figure this out? if so, I greatly appreciate it.
