Just to confirm, did you try removing CAS filters before searching for the hairstyles? Sometimes category, pack, or other filters might end up hiding the items you're looking for.
Please also try the following troubleshooting steps to see if the hairstyles return:
- Clear the EA App's cache
- Repair the game
- Delete localthumbcache

I have not changed/removed the Filter so far before it happened. I also thought the same that maybe I could let it show by toggling the between the packs. But all is Clicked so far and still its not showing. See photos below.
I also cleared the Cache just now, but the Seline Hairstyle is still not showing.
