I have purchased the Seline Hairstyle via Marketplace. It has been working for quite a while, until all of a sudden, when I logged in, i noticed my sims character went bald. I tried to find it in the Sims Edit Mode, but no luck.
I checked My Collection through the Marketplace and its status is Owned. But I cannot use or find it anywhere for my Sims to Use.
I need help in fixing this issue.
