Since October 11, 2026, I've been unable to purchase any new content for The Sims 4 on Mac.

When I browse Expansion Packs, they appear normally, but whenever I click on a pack, I'm redirected to an error page saying **"A circuit's been broken – This page doesn't seem to exist,"** as shown in my attached screenshot.

The same error appears when I try to purchase Moola. Also, whenever I add an Expansion Pack to my shopping cart, the cart remains empty.

My game and previously purchased packs are working perfectly fine. The issue is specifically with purchasing new content.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me resolve it?

Just to confirm, what country are you in?

It sounds like you might be in a region where Sims 4 has limited availability to comply with regional standards. In that case, there unfortunately is no solution to grant you access. The accepted solution above has a bit more information on this, thanks!
