so I bought some of the sims moola to buy packs to support some of my favourite creators, HOWEVER, every time I got to try and buy something it freezes on the packs loading screen, I want to get something from the money I spent lol. Has anyone come across this issue and did you find any way to resolve it? I just downloaded the sims onto a new computer theres no mods or cc in game and my game is connected to the internet.
Same problem. I commented a photo example but somehow its not on this thread anymore....
Having this issue as well when trying to purchase a kit in the marketplace. Kit never loads and I have to just back out.
