i bought the game for 95 dollars on ultimate edition and cant get the dlcs with it but im able to play the early release it makes i need my dlcs because thats 25 extra dollars on a game that i could ...

I have seen some of the EA people in these forums instruct players that haven’t been able to access their ultimate edition content to just simply “restart the game” but I’ve done that over and over and still can’t access my content. So is there another solution? I have been playing these UFC games since EA’s first installment and I’ve never seen the pre order content say “doesn’t need to be installed” I’ve attached a photo to show proof of purchase. This is incredibly frustrating because if just the fighters are the issue, will we also have this issue with the expansion passes? Please inform me of a solution to this issue. Thank you
