Career mode fight denying glitch
So I downloaded about 3 days ago and started a career mode and won the double champ belt at bantamweight and it wanted me to rematch merab when I was going to defend the second belt, which i denied twice hoping for a new opponent. Now it won’t show any fight when I go to sign a new fight it’s just blank when I select fight offer, basically ruining the career and leaving no path but to restart it. Feels like this should be a pretty easy fix and I’ve seen other people post about it as long ago as a month, so I’m not really optimistic. Lmk if you’ve had the same thing happens though so this can maybe get seen by the devsGetting Submitted After the Bell Rings
Obviously, the grappling system needs a complete rework, but at least smooth out the cracks while we’re forced to play with the current system. Submissions shouldn’t be able to be finished after the bell, even after it’s “locked in”. This has been in the series since UFC 4, if not earlier, and still hasn’t been fixed. If you’re going to make the grappling arcade-y and gimmicky, at least make the rules accurate to UFC. In real life, the ref pulls the fighters apart and the submission wouldn’t be finished, so it should be added to the game. Grapplers already have an advantage with the 1 dimensional control scheme on the ground, and can essentially hold players down the whole match depending on the stat difference. Being able to lock in a submission after the bell has already rung is game breaking, and I’m not sure how it’s been looked over for like 10 years lol.SUBMISSION AFTER BELL
Why is anyone still able to finish a submission after the bell has rung? It’s making online unplayable. This has been in the series since UFC 4 and it’s one of the most blatantly obvious bugs. The fact that the developers haven’t fixed this for literal YEARS is insane - it’s a major game breaking bug. Maybe the people at EA should actually try playing the games that they make.Hair Styles Missing
i'm not sure if it's a bug, but why are so many hairstyles that were in the last 2 games missing? for example the dreads "Hair 105 in UFC 4" that was also in 5, what is the point of taking out hairstyles just to hardly add any new ones, they took a good amount of hairstyles out that the number doesn't even reach 100 anymore. Please add them back there's no point of taking out hairstyles. Taking stuff out for no reason is not needed, many people used these hairstyles as their main for the created fighters.Fight kit issues
First of all a lot of fighters are missing their default fight kit colors , and some are wrong like Alex Pereira is wearing the 30y anniversary gloves at his ufc 320 version. The 30y anniversary gloves makes it feel unimmersive The fight kits for created fighters also dont work for neither fight now or career. In fight now apex gear is forced, and in career the fight gear shorts will show up as either black or white default shorts, no matter what color you have picked . The gloves in your fight kit also seems to be locked to the 30y anniversary gloves but fortunately they load in as the default ufc gloves at least . last thing is that you are no longer able to use champion shorts(like in ufc 5) for every fighter in fight now . Including created characters wich has also been requested for quite a while . But the game plays and feels very good , it just lacks some visual components.The “land uppercuts to the head in clinch” sparring drill needs to be removed
I dont know whose idea it was to add that boring drill to sparring objectives, but it sucks really bad. The sparring partner does not let you hit them at ALL. The ai fully focus on backpedaling and holding face block, making it legitimately impossible to finish the sparring objective in time. If you guys are going to keep that trash objective in for some reason, make the sparring partner ai the same as when u have the “throw strikes” or “slip strikes” objectives, like ufc 5 did. Y’all really released an incomplete game and did not play it yourself cause what are these stupid little problems that make the game infuriating to play.Customization Issues
Same problem here. The game lets me pick my shorts colors, shows them correctly everywhere, then forces them back to white when the fight loads. That’s not a user error—that’s a bug. I complained about this already and nothing has changed. Career Mode customization is broken, and players shouldn’t have to keep dealing with it. Fix the issue instead of making us keep reporting the same thing over and over.Can't see indicators to deny transitions
This is on Xbox for me as well, seen some on Playstation too, defensive grapple hints are enabled in settings but don't appear in game. Also yes I'm not in online or on legendary. The only place it seems to work is practice mode. Seems like a bug would appreciate a fix please EA..
