Pre-order bonus codes do not apply

I’ve been contacting EA since the 20th, but they’ve only been giving me boilerplate replies saying they’ll respond by email, and it seems live chat is still blocked.

I’m going to make a public issue of this, and I will definitely not withdraw the complaint I’ve lodged with the Korea Consumer Protection Board.

The official release date is the 20th, but the UFC 6 I bought as part of the PS5 bundle arrived on the 19th. However, the pre-order bonus code won’t work; when I enter the 12-digit code, it says it’s invalid.

I am Korean and checked the 12-digit code with the Korean PS customer service centre, but they also said it was an invalid code. I have lodged a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency. Please either apply the legitimate pre-order code I purchased or provide me with a new, valid code.
