yes its on my xbox my dlcs are not working still and i need these dlcs if wouldn’t have spent 25 extra dollars if i didnt

i did multiple times it still has yet to work

I purchased the Ultimate edition of UFC 6 and the description of the game states I should have immediate access to Randy Couture, Ken Shamrock, as well as other cosmetic items like fighter skins and things like that. All of this content is locked on my game and I am being prompted to buy these items that I should already own. Also on UFC 5 you were able to wear vanity items in actual fights. Is that not a thing anymore? Please let me know how to gain access to all of my pre order content

We've seen a few people mention they were able to see the Ultimate Edition content after shutting down and restarting the game. 

If you haven't already, can you please try fully closing the game and restarting it to see if that helps? Let us know if you still aren't seeing any of the content afterward.

I have closed and restarted the game. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Restarted my Xbox as well. Please let me know how to resolve this issue because I’ve never had any issue getting my pre order content before.

EA_Kent​ Are there any other solutions besides rebooting which I have already tried, or did we spend an extra 40 dollars for no reason?

I have seen some of the EA people in these forums instruct players that haven’t been able to access their ultimate edition content to just simply “restart the game” but I’ve done that over and over and still can’t access my content. So is there another solution? I have been playing these UFC games since EA’s first installment and I’ve never seen the pre order content say “doesn’t need to be installed” I’ve attached a photo to show proof of purchase. This is incredibly frustrating because if just the fighters are the issue, will we also have this issue with the expansion passes? Please inform me of a solution to this issue. Thank you
