The game crashes right at the opening intro

Same issue here and get the same message in the Event viewer.

Reinstalling GPU driver via DDU, closing all possible background services, starting the game via VPN, even updating BIOS lol - nothing helped. Now trying to redownload the game.

Same issue here. The green progress bar completes and the EA splash video starts but doesn't even get to the Codemasters part. Quits without any kind of error message. Worked fine yesterday. Haven't changed a single thing on my PC (Windows 11, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32 gig RAM, Geforce  RTX 4070 Ti). Have nearly 1500 hours logged in game without issue, until now.

The same situation with me.

Started experiencing this issue yesterday. Game crashes as it's playing the "EA Sports it's in the game" but before it even starts saying the words. I verified my game files integrity on Steam and the only file that had an issue and needed reinstalling was EA Anticheat. I did that and it did not work. I went on the actual Anticheat Installer, tried to repair, uninstall, reinstall; nothing changed. 

Please help us EA, or refund including money spent on DLCs. This happens while people are actively competing.

Same thing for me, games crashes as soon as it starts, since today (25.09.25)

The steam community discussions are talking about it too.

Same thing in Steam, somtimes it show message with text like "the game requires the latest version of anti-cheat.." Restoring files and reinstalling the game and anti-cheat didn't help.
