A .zip file is a compressed file format that allows multiple files to be packaged together while reducing file size. Windows has built-in support for creating and extracting .zip files, so no additional software is required.

How to create a .zip file on Windows

1. Gather all the files you need into a single folder.
2. Right-click the folder and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
3. A new .zip file will be created in the same location as your original folder.
4. Rename the .zip file if needed, then attach it to your post in the thread along with the EA app Error Reporter ID(s) (if requested).

1. Open Finder, click Go in the menu bar, and select Go to Folder.
2. Copy and paste this path into the field and press Enter:
   ~/Library/Application Support/Electronic Arts/EA app/Logs

4. Repeat the process for the files located in:
