Reporting Inappropriate content

Gaming communities are passionate places, and the good can come with the bad and the ugly. Sometimes folks will post inappropriate content here on the forums, and we ask folks to report such content so we can look into it. Sometimes this is clear cut as “not ok”, sometimes it’s a bit more gray.

Please don’t directly engage with inappropriate or even borderline inappropriate content, just report the posts and our staff will investigate.

When should I report?

If you would like a refresher on the rules, please check here.

It’s also ok to report posts that you’re unsure of, as long as it’s in good faith. For example, someone might post content that doesn’t break rules, but warrants some extra attention. Maybe you’ve noticed someone made a mistake or something needs to be corrected. It’s  great to report these posts so our staff can check them out and help if needed.

That said, please don’t use the report function as a “disagree” option or spam reports.

How do I do it?

To report a post this, click the 3 dots on the post in question (or the cog icon in the upper right if it’s the first post in a discussion) and choose Report.

Choose the reason from the drop-down menu and add in any extra context you feel is warranted, and we’ll look into it.
