I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. Is there a glitch or problem with Clubs Rush because we haven't received our 2.5 million fans for the end of italia 90 season. We was on 20+ million fans, on the eve of the season finishing, we then played a few 11v11 games that night, then the new season started the next morning & our fan base has only increased by those games. we finished top 1% as required & are trying to reach level 9 on the reputation ladder but have definitely not received our fans reward. Unlocked both Gullit, Matheus, and other players in the past seasons and they continue to be missing/unable to be used in ICON Career Mode. I can confirm they have had a green check mark meaning I've claimed those rewards to be able to be used. Every single time, regardless of whether its intial squads or updated squads, I cannot select these players when attemping to start a new ICON Career mode. Please help me solve this issue. 100s of other members are reporting the same issue as well and there has been no mention whether this is under investigation or not. Hello, I haven't received the packs that I claimed 4 days ago for watching fc pro open finals, is this a bug or it is intended from EA in order to not give them during the toty promo :) ? Is this even legal to do this ? Promising a rewards/drop for watching a content and not giving it ? I learned my lessons, not buying another fifa, doing whatever i can to prevent my friends from buying it and to apologize for making them watch the live stream by promising them rewards for their account and more chances to pack a toty. The trophy unlocking issue for “Collect Them All: Unlock 3 Archetypes” in FC 26 unfortunately continues to persist and remains unresolved. While the trophy appears to be semi-bugged—in the sense that a great number of players are able to unlock it when performing PS5 ↔ PS4 migration for reasons that are still unclear—this does not change the underlying problem. For a significant portion of the player base, the trophy simply does not unlock, even after all stated requirements have been fully met. I strongly believe this issue has largely gone unaddressed because it does not affect every player. Thousands of users have managed to obtain the platinum trophy, which likely reduces the perceived urgency of the problem. Had this trophy been universally broken, a fix would almost certainly have been implemented by now. However, the reality is that while thousands of players were able to unlock this trophy without issue, many thousands of others were not, leaving their platinum progression permanently blocked. I am fully aware that official company ticket systems are often slow and ineffective when it comes to issues like this. Nevertheless, at present, this still seems to be the most viable channel to reach EA and raise awareness of the problem. If anyone reading this post is aware of a more effective way to contact EA or escalate this issue to the development team directly, I believe it would be highly beneficial for the affected players to coordinate and push the matter through that route. To give a concrete example from my own experience: players seem to encounter this issue in different orders and scenarios. In my case, I migrated from PS4 to PS5, and I clearly have three archetypes unlocked (in fact, even more than three), yet the trophy still refuses to pop.
