I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.
Squad Battles Disconnection
I am trying to complete objectives in squad battles (especially the Full Throttle objective) and every time I complete a game, it disconnects me and my stats don’t count. Not earning objectives or SB points. I have perfect connection too. And it’s happening to others as well. EA please fix your game.Half time glitch stuck screen
Hey, my game stops reacting during half time and not able to continue game. Then it forces me to restart but obviously it counts the game as lost one. That means i loose 2,5k points for legendary in squad battles. It happens multiple times since launch of the game on ps5 and it’s game bug you werent able to fix until now Look at it and finally fix it. I have also video but your limit of mb refuses to upload it. i also request refund of points to current week or refund of rewards i am not able to reach due to your broken gameGame paused but all menu options missing
Playing in a Ultimate team match (verses AI) on PS5 and paused the game only for no menu to appear. Assuming I will now lose, having to shut the game down, losing points and higher level + rewards. Also encountering most glitches being posted recently. Is this an update issue?Clubs Playoff Matches Not Being Recorded
Wanted to post this here to see if anyone else is running into the same issue and to get it on EA’s radar. My club played through the full playoff bracket this season and went 5-0-2 across our playoff matches. However, when we check our playoff record, only the very first match is showing up. The remaining six games are completely missing from the record — like they never happened. We 100% played all of these matches during the active playoff window. No disconnects on our end, no abandons, results all showed at the end of each game. They just aren’t being tracked or saved to the playoff stats. This is pretty frustrating because our record should reflect the actual run we had, and right now it’s basically erased.
