I’ve started noticing some inaccuracies regarding Syria in FC26. Namely: Elias Hadaya currently showing up as a Swedish national: he’s Syria’s number 1 with many caps and is currently representing the national team at the FIFA Arab Cup in Qatar Omar Somah: Syria’s leading striker and the historic top scorer in the Saudi Pro League is missing entirely from the game! He plays for Al Hazem in the ROSHN Saudi League, so him being missing from the game is entirely unacceptable. https://www.transfermarkt.com/elias-hadaya/profil/spieler/272542 https://www.transfermarkt.com/omar-al-somah/profil/spieler/220688Legendary in EA FC26 is way too easy
idk what EA did with the AI this year but Legendary just isn’t it. I’ve been playing Career Mode and I’m bored already. I’m smashing teams that should be destroying me. like I’m playing with Brighton and beating PSG 4–0 on Legendary. that should not be happening. the AI feels like it forgot how to play football. they barely press, don’t track runs properly, and defenders just back off until I’m literally inside the box before they even move. midfielders don’t close space, the attackers never make smart runs, and the whole thing just feels like I’m playing against training dummies. it’s not even satisfying to win anymore because it doesn’t feel earned. older FIFAs at least made you sweat a bit. you had to plan your build-up, defend properly, and take your chances. in FC26 it’s like if you know how to time a few through balls or use pace down the wing, you win. every. single. time. the AI doesn’t adjust, doesn’t switch tactics, doesn’t press late in games — nothing. and I’ve seen tons of people online saying the same thing. dudes beating Real Madrid 5–0 with Betis, going unbeaten whole seasons on Legendary, or winning the Champions League in year one with some random League 1 team. like come on. this is supposed to be the second hardest setting in the game and it feels like world class but lazier. let them press properly, use tactical fouls, actually switch up their attack and defend like real players would. I want to feel pressure when I’m leading 1–0 in the 80th minute, not casually passing around their defense like it’s kickoff mode. and the worst part is the lack of intensity. when you score a couple goals, the AI basically gives up. they just start passing sideways and never push. it’s like they don’t even care. Legendary should be about being tested mentally and tactically, not seeing how many goals I can score before halftime. so yeah, EA really needs to up the difficulty for Legendary. make it feel like a real challenge again. keep it fair, but make me work for the win. I want those sweaty 2–1 victories where I’m holding on for dear life, not 6–0 walkovers every game. TL;DR: Legendary in FC26 is way too easy, the AI doesn’t press or adapt, and winning feels effortless. EA needs to actually make Legendary legendary again.61Views3likes2CommentsManager career mode player development.
The player development needs an update to be more realistic. Ideas below. Decreasing stats/players past their peak - firstly peak ages should be reviewed. For example CBs should be have an older peak age than wingers, 35 yo vs 33 yo. When players reach their peak only certain stats should decrease and these should majnly be physical. Speed, acc, strength, agility, stamina, shot power (maybe). All other stats should remain the same. This would ensure that older players remain useful from a technical standpoint as they do in real life. Potentially mental stats like att position, def awareness, vision, composure could all continue to represent experience. Weak foot and skill moves- improving these should not be linked to play styles. These should be a seperate option. At the moment you end up with every player having 5 stars for both, which is unrealistic. Developing individual stats - the current player roles approach can be restrictive. An option to just develop individual stats should exist. This would help to create more variation. WHY CAN WE NOT IMPROVE FK AT ALL? Speed & Acc - i think improving this should be limited. You rarely see players get loads quicker in real life. These attributes should not be improved by training or the improvement should be limited. Maybe only have players in the youth team or 21 and under see a physical boost as they get older and develop physically.4Views0likes0CommentsGoalkeeper AI and positioning (offline/career)
Generally i find the goalkeepers to be good in most situations. They can also make a good variety of saves. However, there are a couple of improvements needed to replicate real life scenarios. These suggestions are for offline/career mode/authetic modes only. 1-1 - goalkeepers need to be quicker to come of the goal line and close angles. This results on 1-1s being very easy and often resulting in the aame kind of finishes. When keepers do occassionally come out it makes it much more unpredictable and true to life. Goalkeepers just need to come out more often and in different situations. Goalkeepers to close to the line - often when shooting at goal in the 18 yard box usually at an angle to goal, outside the width of the posts. Keepers stay too close to the line, this results in attackers being able to hit shots into too much empty space in goal. This makes across goal shots very easy and near post goals too easy as the keeper has to cover too much space. Your updates moving keepers closer to the nearpost have made this goals harder but only make the cross goal ones easier. If the keepes was 2 years further off the line this would mean that there is less goal to aim and would more accurately represent real world goalkeeping. It should simultaneously resolve near post and far post easy goals. Diving direction - this would help with the above issue. Too often keepers dive paralel to the goal. Rather the plane of yhe dive should be determined by the the position of the attacker. In 1-1 and penalty area save the goalkeeper should dive on a 180 degree plane tonthe attacker. This would mean that keeper may dive away from the goaline or towards the goaline depending on the angle the attacker is to the goal. This would effectively close the angle on far post shots (keeper has to to dive less distance to get the ball) it would also allow goalkeepers more time to dive to near post shots which would increase the chances of them saving them.4Views0likes0CommentsFC 26 – Core Gameplay Broken by Camera Sync Issues
THIS ISSUE IS NOT ONLY IN RUSH!!!! Hello EA team, This issue has been ongoing for a long time, especially since you introduced RUSH mode into the game. It may sound complicated, but this is the reality: The problem has gotten much worse since last year, due to the major changes to the pitch size, angles, zoom height (now much higher), and the dynamic camera switching in RUSH. The issue is not only inside RUSH itself, but how the camera settings now affect the general gameplay experience in all other modes like Rivals or Squad Battles. In other words, the pitch changes, dimensions, and camera focus from RUSH also influence other Ultimate Team matches. The biggest factor: the camera. This is visible in player handling, first touch, passing, turning, and body orientation – which suddenly glitch when attacking near the goal. On top of that, gameplay is clearly different when pressing the camera focus button (PS5: touchpad, Xbox: “view/screen” button). Just like in RUSH, it switches focus from player to full pitch. The problem is that this function collides with and damages gameplay in other FUT modes, even when it’s not visually obvious – inputs and outputs change in a very noticeable way. Key observations: Passing and shooting reach: pressing the button alters reach drastically. Long passes: sometimes too short even with high power, or too long after switching focus. Short passes: can either hit a nearby opponent or suddenly fly 20 meters down the pitch. Shooting: Looks like long-distance shots (30–40m) even when standing just 15m from goal. Dribbling: The ball stays further from the foot, easier to lose. Defending: Tackling timing breaks due to “long focus” stretching the pitch. Narrow vs. Long focus: Narrow focus: more responsive short passes, tighter dribbling, tackles feel magnetic. Long focus: smoother look, faster flow, but unresponsive, with exaggerated animations. This creates imbalance: players who use the long focus gain unfair advantages (gliding movement, stronger long shots, faster pass execution). Camera setting collision (important): The collision is not only between RUSH and FUT modes – it also occurs between different in-game camera settings themselves. Switching between “Tele,” “Rush broadcast,” and others causes zoom/focus conflicts. These trigger the same gameplay inconsistencies (passing range, shooting, dribbling, tackling). Players can even meet in matches with different active camera focuses, which makes gameplay unequal. How to reproduce: Play one RUSH match on Rush Broadcast camera. Enter any FUT match (Rivals, Squad Battles, etc.). Use the camera focus button (PS5: touchpad, Xbox: “view/screen”). From here, the glitch activates permanently. Conclusion: The integration of RUSH camera logic into other modes has broken gameplay. It affects balance (passes, shots, dribbling, defending), input/output consistency, and the entire FUT experience. This issue used to be limited to RUSH/Rush Broadcast(and other rush cam's) , but now it extends further due to zoom changes, pitch dynamics, and coding mismatches (e.g., player distance vs. keeper is registered incorrectly). It’s disappointing to see such a core feature left unresolved, and I believe this has already cost EA many players who cannot accept a game that feels this inconsistent. I sincerely hope the development team investigates this as a priority. regards, a gamer with an IT degree4.2KViews7likes16CommentsFEEDBACK | Offline Gameplay vs. CPU - Fouls
This is partial feedback, but it's absolutely essential for a more realistic reproduction of football. Realistic gameplay finally offers a more measured and, in some ways, tactical pace, with a more active CPU in defense and proactive in attack. Unfortunately, we must highlight a longstanding issue with the series: fouls committed by the CPU. In the past, additions have led to some tackles from behind, resulting in red cards, that were completely unrelated to the dynamics of real football. Even the new cursor, introduced with FC25, hasn't been able to faithfully replicate what happens on a pitch: hard tackles in midfield (not sliding tackles from behind) and fouls on the edge of the penalty area, which greatly influence the outcome of real matches. This, for me, is currently a major gap in realistic gameplay against the CPU. On average, in a UEFA Champions League match, there are between 8 and 15 fouls per game. Sorry for my english😇Solved341Views13likes87CommentsFC 26 PROBLEMS

With the recent patch 1.3 EA introduced a steep increase in challenge for offline modes. Balancing gameplay is not an easy thing to do and whether changes are positive or negative is subjective. With all that being said I struggle to get any sort of enjoyment out of the current build of the game. While I was still having fun playing Manager Career before v1.3 I feel all of the fun has been patched out and been replaced by frustration. Difficulty in games is for sure challenging to nail but I feel the need of the introduction of a setting between World Class and Pro has to happen. The differences are very significant as the AI behaviour on both sides of the ball drastically changes...surely I'm not the only player to notice the HUMONGOUS GAP is skills required for each setting. Since 1.3 I get to pick my poison: do I want a mostly frustrating and unfun experience that provides a challenge or do I want to be bored out of my mind winning 8-0 every game while struggling to stay awake? Please EA consider giving people a viable option to enjoy EA FC. It has always been World Class for me but with the recent changes in gameplay in addition to the buffed AI it simply stopped being fun entirely.15Views0likes0Comments
