When can I get help????
Having a little issue with the battlefield 3 premium edition that I bought today so I go to contact you guys to see what can be done about it.... Your little papers in the box say that I can call 24 hours a day for any and all warranty questions.... I call the number and I am referred to help.ea.com.. started calling at 7:03 and it is now 7:23 Pacific time..... The paper clearly states that your call center is open until 8 pacific time.... So I get online hoping for a live chat - nope that's closed too. Email takes up to 24 hours. There is also no way to ask a question on your facebook page without commenting on one of your posts or following a bunch of links to this board..... your contact options SUCK!!!!! Seriously, if you are going to print available hours or say that customers can get answers 24 hours a day then you need to stick to it!!!! obviously ill be trying again tomorrow morning, but it should not be this complicated to get tech support!!!

Lost B2K serial code? HELP!!!!

"We could not activate Battlefield 3" PC
Suddenly, whenever I try to launch the game I get a window telling me "We could not activate Batttlefield 3 Limited Edition on this computer using the Origin Account you provided. Please Locate your product key to activate the game using your Origin Account. This is despite the fact I've registered and been playing the game since launch. I've tried all the steps mentioned here: https://help.ea.com/article/unable-to-activate-battlefield-3 I've even reinstalled Origin, and tried re entering my key. No success. Playing on the same account, same computer - though I did upgrade to Windows 8 fairly recently. I can log into Battlelog OK, and BF3 still appears in my Origin games list, is fully updated, and synched to cloud. Any other fixes I can try out?

BF3 Wont start install
Hello everyone! Today I downloaded Battlefield 3 and I was hoping to play the game on my birthday with friends, when the download finished it started installing but then it just stopped after around a minute and said Ready to install and again if ill push "INSTALL". Battlefield 3 crashes when clicking video settings in game - every time!! Reinstalled the game and the same. Drivers are most recent. Did not happen on windows 7. Upgraded to 10 and everytime it crashes.

As you all know People are having a hard time with origin (EA) for not using the PayByCash Method (Which includes PSC - Pay Safe Card) PaySafeCard is one of the most used PayByCash Method in Europe and it's growing bigger every day.. } WHY? Why do we all want this? One of the main reasons is because it's one of the easiest and safest way to deal with payments. People that aren't 18+ Can make use of this Method. } HOW? How did i come up with this? I'm a massive gamer.. This one day I bought Battlefield 3 for (PC). I started playing the game and i got to admit it was quiete badass. After a while Dice announced the Premium offer (which includes: All expansion Packets, More achievements etc..) When this package just game out I went to Origin and bought it right away. Before even knowing which paymentmethods were avaible I ran outside and bought a coupon of 50 euro Paybycash.. About a small hour later I came back and Ordered (Battlefield Premium) I made an order and then i realized there was no Paysafecard Method (Like WTF? Are you kidding me?) I freaked out just because i just bought the coupon (I know it's kind of my own fault) So I went on battlelog and saw the offer appearing on the side (Battlefield 3 Battlelog - Browser) I clicked Premium edition and thats when i saw (Battlefield 3 Premium with Pay Safe Card Method) -- Now my question is why does Battlelog have Pay safe card (PBC) Method and Origin has not? I think the rolls should be turned around.. -- NOW TODAY my friend bought 25 euro Paysafecard just because Origin was having an off sale (battlefield 3 premium for 25 euro / Battlefield 3 + Premium edition for 30 euro) He also didnt knew Origin didnt have the PayByCash Method. So he gave me a ring and asked me about HOW i bought Premium edition with Paysafecard. I told him how (shown up) He went to Battlelog and tried to do it the way i did.. It worked.. You can still buy with Paysafecard through Battlelog (Battlefield 3 PC gaming browser) But now the thing is.. It said 50 euro Instead of 25 euro Since it was off sale? Now.. why does Battlelog ask for the full price while Dice are the creators and Origin is just an App Selling them copy's } What do we like to get? I don't receive "password reset" email from any ea, origin and battle services for 4 hours. First: I don't know why but I can't connect to my original account (/edit by admin: please do not post private information in a public board), it seems that password is changed like it was in summer ( pass was changed but I DIDN'T changed it, and I just reseted my password) I didn't write to ea because several of my friends had same problem. Second I DON'T GET ANY PASS RESET EMAILS FROM any EA, ORIGIN, BATTLELOG services for 4 hours. HELP me EA
