BF3 Can't use G3A3
I bought the coop shortcut to get the G3 since noone plays coop anymore. I loved using it, favourite gun for medic. But it just started disappearing once I loaded into the game for some reason. The rest of the guns from the shortcut work, but not the G3. I can make a loadout with it in battlelog, but the gun isn't there when I play the game.
Battlefield 3 Veteran Status & Dog Tags
Please unlock Veteran Status for all games for me on Battlelog. I owned or have played a legitimate copy of all games of the franchise but even for the ones that I have on the EA App and I played hours of they still won't unlock. Currently I have Veteran Status on the Battlefield 3 Battlelog for Battlefield Heroes, Battlefield Play 4 Free, Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 1942. These are 4 games but for some reason they only count as 3?? Attached picture down below. Or my alternatively my Battlelog profile: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/eduonkhl/ I am currently missing Veteran Status for the following games: Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Physical copy and registered on EA App with playtime but still won't unlock) Battlefield 1943 (Physical Copy but the servers where shut down and I no longer have Xbox Live) Battlefield 2 (Physical Copy that I can't register on the EA App) Battlefield 2142 (Physical Copy that I can't register on the EA App) Battlefield Bad Company (Physical Copy but the servers where shut down and I no longer have Xbox Live) Battlefield 2 Modern Combat (Physical Copy but the servers where shut down and I no longer have Xbox Live) Battlefield Vietnam (Physical Copy that I can't register on the EA App) There should be 11 games in total for Veteran Status. I'm hereby kindly asking for help from a senior support manager that still knows how it's done to dig out those support tools new employees no longer have access to (by my knowledge), to unlock Veteran Status with the corresponding Veteran Dog Tags for those games as the normal live chat employees can't help me with this as they are no longer tought how to do it. I didn't really care much for this in the past that the system wasn't working correctly (and then the bf bc2 website where you manually did this was also shut down) but I'm currently in the process of unlocking all dog tags for Battlefield 3 and help would be greatly appreciated! I know it's usually not done anymore but as a veteran fan of the franchise since the very first game I'm kindly asking for an exception as Bf3 is still up there with my favourite all time games. "we've noticed your computer is currently offline. to activate your game on this computer using your ea account, you'll need to connect to the internet." This is the error I get when it asks me to enter my product key on the EA app, please can someone help me with why I keep getting this error?
Severe Stutter During Recoil Reset (BF3 Campaign, RTX 3090)
Hey everyone, I'm experiencing a really strange stuttering issue in Battlefield 3 (campaign mode) — the game runs at 200+ FPS consistently, but every time I fire a weapon, there's a massive stutter only during the recoil reset phase (on the way down). It momentarily feels like the game drops to 10–15 FPS for a split second, making gunfights feel completely janky and unplayable. What I’ve Tried: Updated PunkBuster manually Toggled and tested all graphics settings (VSync, motion blur, etc.) Added various community .cfg tweaks to the BF3 directory Used the -GameTime.MaxVariableFps command line argument to limit FPS Disabled full screen optimizations and enabled compatibility modes Tested with different polling rates and DPI on my mouse Disabled overlays (GeForce Experience, Steam, Discord, etc.) Disabled HAGS, Game Mode, and tried different power plans Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D GPU: RTX 3090 RAM: 64 GB DDR5 @ 6000 MHz Monitor: LG 1440p 480Hz OLED (G-SYNC on/off both tested) Notes: This only seems to happen during the recoil animation reset, not during firing itself. I haven't tested multiplayer yet — this happens consistently in campaign. The issue is not CPU/GPU bound — usage is very low when it occurs. Recoil stutter happens with any weapon tested so far. Would really appreciate if anyone has run into this and found a fix, or if there's something deeper in the engine config I should look into. Thanks in advance!
Updating to Windows 11 Broke my BF3 Product key.
Hi! Yesterday I updated my PC to windows 11 since the support of Windows 10 is coming to and end in few months, this had a side effect of EA App not being able to activate my product key anymore. I'm unable to fix this issue myself so I need some help with this one :) Needless to say, I do own the game as seen below
