I didn't get my game points

I’ve just noticed there are challenges available in milestones, and I know they are there for a while, but I can’t do many of them. If challenges are coming out to need 2 Germany tots, then you need to give 2 German tots. Not everybody is a paid for player. so because I don’t have much money, due to playing for free, and because I don’t play online games due to the poor quality servers and cheaters my pack weight is low due to hardly any packs to get these tots, meaning I can’t complete the challenges. this is a poor oversight on EAs planning. There are many children and adults in this current economy who can’t afford to spend obscene amounts of real money, and I work 48 hour shifts as a carer so can’t always play. But now I’m being punished again by EA because the pack weight doesn’t give me the cards required. I’ve opened 10 packs, 5 of which were 85 plus packs and didn’t get any, 1 was an 88 pack with no tots. this is diabolical due to can’t even earn a 90 rated tots in the challenges to do the challenges. I don’t mind working for the cards, but they ain’t there. Same as I didn’t have an Italian league 1 tots, etc. joke…typical EA
EA FC Connection Issue Since 1 PM (Unable to Access Online Features
I have been unable to connect to EA FC online services since 1:00 PM today until now (7:32 PM). The game keeps showing a connection error and I cannot access any online features. My internet connection is working normally, and another player I know is experiencing the same issue at the same time.AI Needs Fully Turning Down Now!!!
I am sick off going into squad battles no matter what level you play on it feels like nearly ultimate the experience is frustrating and I want to rip up the game and send it back to you ridiculous idiots who can't get a game right on balance your a disgrace of a company the A bashing by the AI need to be like 10% because atm it's at 100% it's ridiculous and the AI time wasting is a massive problem I stopped playing online because of idiots doing that now you AI is doing it what on earth are you thinking of making a game that is not fun to play and makes me feel like I wanna punch everyone of you who made this terrible game and also stop over charging for SBCs or just get rid there a waste of time especially packs that are like 0.01% of packing anything special we are in nearly may and still your packs are terrible balanced and your Evos are rubbish you are losing the whole community because your game is getting 20x worse every year you try something sort it out or don't make the game simple😡Next EA FC for free as nobody with a brain playing this years should buy it
As this years game is so badly coded that textures in the menu don't even load all the time i guess i speak for all players that we should get next years game for free as a refund for this years and to help you go back to the days you had a playerbase :/ from my squadbattle ranking which is the first time not in the first 5% i guess the player numbers are terrible :/ If this doesn't happen i hope nobody will buy there next game as a sign that we don't accept this unfinished game every year -_- i guess i marked everything that was terrible this year ;(Wrongly Transfer Banned In FC26. - Needing real help for unban.
I have been wrongly transfer banned on FC 26 despite never engaging in coin trading or any form of rule-breaking. I have submitted multiple appeals and sent numerous emails trying to resolve this issue, but each time I only receive automated responses with no real explanation or investigation into my case. I have not been given any clear information about why the ban was applied, and I’m not even allowed to reopen the case to provide further evidence or clarification. This lack of communication has made it impossible for me to properly defend myself or understand what I supposedly did wrong. It’s extremely frustrating to be penalized without proper support or transparency, especially after repeatedly reaching out and making genuine efforts to resolve the situation. Despite emailing many times, I still haven’t received a proper response or any meaningful information about my case.An illegal tool that needs to be solved

Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. I hope EA will do something about it.
