Roy Makaay doesn't appear

Has anyone experienced the same problem as me? I bought Roy Makaay from the transfer market, but he doesn’t appear in the club. Then two days later I got him from packs, and he still didn’t appear in the club.

I contacted technical support and they said that I rejected him when he appeared and that he can’t be restored. That’s completely ridiculous. What about the purchase from the transfer market then? I guess maybe someone else is secretly using my account and rejecting Roy Makaay for me 🤣.

    they gave me a joke and they said I discarded the player <<<< COME ON

    Sometimes the new player doesn't register.  So login out and back in normally refresh and then should be in unassigned when you go to the store
