Technical Issue: Persistent Password Reset and Missing FC 26 Ultimate Team Cards
I am reporting a severe security issue and loss of content. Login Issues: For the past week, I've had to reset my password daily due to incorrect password errors. Despite having SMS 2FA enabled, I receive no unauthorized codes, suggesting my security is being bypassed. Missing Items and Contradictory Info: My 89 OVR Winter Wildcards Gabriel and 87 OVR Gravenberch have disappeared, along with all my tradeable players. I previously contacted Live Support, and they claimed these items were Quick Sold. However, I have checked the Web Companion App's Quick Sell Recovery section myself, and these items do not appear there. This suggests the items were either moved or deleted in a way that bypasses the standard recovery system or there is a major data error. Request: Please investigate my account logs. I did not discard or use these players in SBCs. I need a specialist to identify how my 2FA was bypassed and restore my missing 89 Gabriel, 87 Gravenberch, and other stolen assets.“EA Ultimate gameplay is unfair: passing ignores input and decides matches”
EA Ultimate is no longer just problematic — it has become clearly unfair. The passing mechanics, in particular, are in an unacceptable state for a competitive football game. This is no longer a “bug” or a “learning issue”: Passes made with the same power and angle result in completely different outcomes from match to match Player input is deliberately ignored The game itself decides where the pass goes, not the player Players with 90+ passing stats misplace the simplest passes even under zero pressure, while opponents using lower-rated players can string together perfect passing sequences. This clearly shows that the game does not operate in a neutral or fair way. It gets worse: Opponent AI intercepts passes with inhuman speed and reactions Our players just watch the ball instead of reacting Identical contacts are called as fouls for one side and completely ignored for the other This is not a “skill gap” issue — it’s about who the game decides to favor. Making the right decisions and timing passes correctly often does not matter at all.In a mode like Ultimate Team, which is supposed to be built on competition and balance, this level of inconsistency and unfairness is completely unacceptable. Right now, matches are decided not by player skill, but by the mood of the game engine.A clear message to EAThis gameplay needs immediate attention. Passing physics, direction control, and AI intervention must be urgently reworked and patched. Otherwise, this game will continue to be uncompetitive, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.This game is a maze, not a sandbox
Think about the properties of sandbox. The sand is malleable and you can create many different things using molds, your imagination, foreign objects, etc. That's what I thought we were getting with this game. I was experimenting with different players, Evos, tactics, and formations, etc. The possibilities seemed endless. Or so I thought. This game is actually a maze. Unlike a sandbox, a maze is linear. There is a clear start point and finish. Everyone is using the same handful of meta players (Pina and Williams bros) and Evos, formations, tactics, etc. There is no room for experimentation in this game. The same tactics work to break down every defensive formation. The same players are unstoppable against any defender, regardless of stats. The fact that EA keeps adding increasingly boosted players to the game only makes it worse. It's discouraging because I can't tell whether or not I'm actually improving. In one game, it is very competitive and the next game I get absolutely smashed by someone with the latest "insert theme here" players/Evos. The nail in the coffin for me is the blatant pack "fixing" in the store. The packs with better guaranteed players are always untradeable. Coincidence? EA is ensuring that you will continue to spend money. At this point, I don't think I will buy ANY EA game. Despite their "we listen to our fans" talk, it's clear they are either deaf or wearing earmuffs.Please fix your skill based matchmaking
How am I going against people that are very obviously much better than me and why do I go against them so often I’ve been on the brink of relegation because I’m being put against people that have much much better teams than me and are very obviously better than me please fix your **bleep** game you money hungry company you can’t expect people to spend 60 quid then give them a pile of dog **bleep** you found on the side of the road and stick the name ea fc 26 on the side of it or even keeping the same from last year and pealing off the 25 sticker and putting a fresh 26 sticker half the games mechanics don’t work or theirs an insanely op card move or mechanic or so many bugs that even pro players experience them in big money tournaments and lose out on thousands because of it especially when you advertise you “listened to the fans” when you obviously are not as half the bugs in this game have been around for months and there’s even some bugs Im still experiencing that I had in fc 24FC 26 - Players unable to move on Ultimate Team
This happened on FC25 and has now happened of FC 26.. last year I had no resolution and wasted money on an entire game I cannot play and the same thing has happened again this year.. When loading into a match of UT the players are uncontrollable - do not move or operate to commands but the pause button works and everything works when on the Menus. Any advice? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, changed controller
TOS team comes to tell me why this takes so long?
Is there still no evidence of me cheating after half a month of waiting? I'm just a regular, legitimate player. I've been using the same account to buy your games since FIFA 20, and now suddenly this year I'm treated like some kind of farm account or coin farmer working for a studio? On PC, you can't even see your opponent in advance — on what grounds do you assume I'm farming wins for others? I only got 7 wins in the Weekend League that week. If I were really boosting wins for others, I must be out of my **bleep** mind. What the hell is wrong with your TOS team's efficiency? This is absolutely **bleep** ridiculous. I've been playing this game since FIFA 20 and have pre-ordered it every year, but after this year, there's no way I'm pre-ordering again. This company is beyond ridiculous. The user agreement states that there's no compensation for wrongful bans, but the real issue is that this game only has about 7 months of actual playtime each year, while resolving a false ban takes over half a month—it's utterly laughable. Players buy the game, spend money on FC Points, and in return get service like this. It really goes to show that FC players must enjoy being messed around by EA. Don't give me that **bleep** about handling bans slowly just because there are too many cases—that's complete nonsense. Did I ask for TOS to handle this manually? If you ban people so quickly and in such large numbers, then you should resolve cases just as fast. TOS is a total **bleep**show of a department. Do you really think giving me a reply just before FC27 is even acceptable?Getting kicked out when winning on squad battles
My brother was in a middle of a squad battles game on his profile on my xbox was doing squad battles on semi pro ws winning and was doing the guilt objectives scored bout 6 power shots then with ten mins to go as he made subs started again and then got kicked out so he now has a loss and these objectives won't count can yoh reimburse him with thr win and the objectives he done as this wasnt his fault and isn't fair on the player as seen this mentioned time and time again nd you still allow it your servers are rubbish if they kick people out during games and you do nothing about it and now trying to log in it says ea servers are nit available there was nothing about you doing updates on the game so please tell me why this is happening
Squad Battles AI
The update to career mode ai has completely broken and ruined squad battles. Might work on authentic but clearly doesn't on competitive, this must not have been tested and if it was then please fire those testers, they are clueless. Since I hate the online gameplay this year I decided to just build my evo team and chill, casually, in squad battles but that is beyond a joke now. A silver 71 rated, 3 chem team just passed the ball around like prime Barcelona. They had 70% possession and did not attack once. Every time i get a player within 5 feet of their player with the ball they pass sideways or back. At 2-0 down they were passing on halfway line and in their final third. You spend most of these squad battles games chasing shadows and waiting for them to make a mistake, not a single moment of enjoyment left in the one mode I could play casually and enjoy. Are you going to change squad battles ai back to how it was or change it back in some way? I'm going to need an answer on this @EA anyone because if you are then I'll keep playing but if not please at least say so on this post so I can move to a different game.Coins ultimate team FC26
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to ask for help regarding my in-game coins. Recently, I noticed that a large amount of my coins is missing. I previously had approximately 2.6 million coins on my account, but now I only have 354,000 coins. I did not spend these coins intentionally, and I am not aware of any action that would explain this sudden decrease. Could you please check my account and let me know the reason why my coins were reduced? I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible. Issues with Transfer Market Access and Rush Game Modes on Nintendo Switch 2
Here's yet another report of being unable to unlock the transfer market in-game as a Nintendo Switch 2 player. Has anyone from EA or the community been able to fix this, or know why these features might not be working? Details below ===== I’ve been playing EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team on Nintendo Switch 2 for about a month now, and I still don’t have access to a couple of major features — the Transfer Market and Rush game modes. I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times, and the only response I’ve received is that the issue has been reported to the internal team. I was basically told to wait and hope the developers address it, with no way to track the case. Here’s what’s going on: I’ve played extensively and reached Level 40 in Season 1, so I’ve clearly met normal progression requirements. The Transfer Market remains locked, and the in-game objective to unlock it requires me to complete Rush game mode objectives. The problem with Rush is that whenever I try to find teammates, I never find any, so the matchmaking never completes and I can’t play the mode at all. Because of this, I also can’t complete the objective needed to unlock the Transfer Market. Since about two weeks, this game has become unbearable. In all competitive games I play (Rivals, Champions, UT Live Events...) I now come across cheaters all the time. When playing Champions, 8 out of 9 players were cheating. The majority of them have incredible squads with lots of Icons and other expensive players. The usually also have 3 or more EA IDs so that they can switch accounts if they are banned. I report and block all of them. I have probably reported +200 players in the last weeks but I wonder if EA is doing something about it. Most of those who are cheating are using the "Click Hack Script" which slows down my players significantly and accelerates his. This makes it impossible to win, even if the guy is a mediocre player. The only way to stop this is if EA starts to banning these cheaters for at least 3 months and banning all their EA user IDs at the same time. If they don't, nobody will buy this game in the future. I stopped buying this game 8 years ago because of all the cheaters. I wanted to try again as EA was promoting their "Javelin anti-cheat". I was fooled to believe that this marketing trick was actually working. If they don't fix this rapidly I will never buy this game again. This is unfortunate because it's great when you don't meet cheaters.
Rename FUT Champs to PINA Squad Battleground
I wrapped up 8 wins again in Weekend League, business as usual. Won the first 5 games, and right there I knew the EA magic*: “Relax, buddy. You’re not seeing 15 wins today.” Not that I care. I’m not trying to go Rank 1, become a pro, or quit my job. I play for SBCs, favourite players, and vibes, not Champs slavery. Rivals, friendlies, random modes… that’s the fun part. Out of 15 matches, 13 teams had Pina as striker. Thirteen. At that point, Weekend League felt less like football and more like a Pina Appreciation Festival. After 6 wins, I started quitting at kickoff the moment I saw her. Why waste time? One spin, one touch, one prayer, goal from anywhere. The game gets so predictable that I stopped caring who else my opponent was using. But if you’re curious, it was the same kick-off glitch, the same pace-abusing wingers, and fullbacks with 90+ pace running at full speed, yet wingers casually overtake them like they’re on moving sidewalks. Pina, meanwhile, casually shields the ball from Vieira, waits until the winger finishes a marathon, and then plays a perfect ground pass through three defenders. Not a lob. A clean ground pass, better than players with 99 passing plus every passing PlayStyle in existence. One match against a Pina squad, I decided to stay till the end. The opponent had clearly used a credit card to assemble an Avengers-level team. Fair enough, he probably should win. But here’s the comedy. He had Mia Hamm on the bench. And still chose Gold Pina as striker. Mia Hamm came on only after I took the lead, and surprise, surprise, in the last 5 minutes of extra time, my players froze like Windows XP. He scored two goals. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why I absolutely adore this game. Now EA, explain this to me: why should anyone spend money on FIFA Points when Pina performs better than R9 and half the icons combined? You marketed the game with Bellingham and Musiala posters, gave us one glorious first week of smooth gameplay, and then quietly patched it into a monetisation experiment. At this point, it feels less like football and more like a lesson in engagement economics. If this imbalance continues, I am seriously considering pursuing a consumer complaint in an Indian court.
