False Positive “Balance Transfer” Transfer Market Ban — Manual Console Trading
I am asking EA to review what appears to be a false-positive Transfer Market sanction for “Balance Transfer” on my EA SPORTS FC 26 account. I have never bought or sold coins, transferred coins between accounts, used a second account, coordinated trades with another player, or used bots, autobuyers, scripts, macros or any other automation. I only recently became very active on the Transfer Market and spent many hours trading manually. All actual player purchases were made by me personally through the FC 26 game client on my console using a controller. I used the official Web App mainly to list cards for sale and made only a few unsuccessful bids there. I did not purchase any player through the Web App. I do not know which transaction EA considers suspicious because the sanction notice and appeal response do not identify it. The only unusual transactions I remember immediately before the ban were two public Theo Hernandez 99 listings that I found through Compare Price at roughly 500k–550k Buy Now. I am NOT claiming that these transactions were definitely the trigger. I am mentioning them because they are the only obvious price anomalies I can identify. Before finding them, I had already been actively trading Theo Hernandez 99 normally: buying several copies through public auctions at much higher market prices and bidding on several more. I bought the first cheap Theo immediately. I could not afford the second because a large amount of my coins was locked in an active bid on another Theo. The second cheap Theo remained publicly available for roughly 20–30 minutes or longer. Only after another player outbid me and those coins returned to my balance was I able to go back and buy that still-public listing. I did not know either seller, had no communication with them, and had no control over the prices they chose. The listings were available publicly to every player. Both Theo cards were then listed back on the open Transfer Market around the normal market price. They had not even sold when my market access was blocked. EA has the technical data required to verify this: the client used for each purchase, my auction history, previous Theo purchases, active bids, coin balance changes, listing and purchase timestamps, subsequent listings, and whether there was any repeated relationship with the sellers. I have already submitted a second appeal containing these additional details. I am not asking forum staff to overturn the sanction directly. I am asking for this possible false-positive issue to be made visible to the appropriate Security/Terms of Service team and for the account activity to be evaluated in its full context. My question is simple: how is a legitimate player supposed to trade safely if purchasing a publicly available Buy Now listing — at a price chosen entirely by an unknown seller — can potentially be interpreted as coordinated coin transfer? I support action against coin sellers, bots and actual cheaters. I am only asking that genuine manual trading be distinguished from those activities through a proper review of the available logs.

I’m playing a game of rivals if the win had counted I would’ve got to division 4 because I was on a hot streak and I had a duel saying that if I scored 3 with the same play Which I did I would’ve been rewarded with three rewards but mid way through the game I score my 4 th goal to go 4-2 up and my opponent is going taking tip off but then he forfeits and how I know how it wasn’t me that disconnected I was in a party and could still hear my friend and there was no lag spike on my scream anywhere so now because of this I’ve missed out on 5 winsFC 26 PC Bug – Unable to access Team Management during a match
Hello, I am experiencing a critical bug in FC 26 on PC that is causing me to lose matches in Division Rivals and Ultimate Team Champions. The Problem: Mid-match, when I pause the game to make tactical adjustments and click on "Team Management", the menu begins to load for a fraction of a second, then instantly closes and automatically kicks me back to the main pause menu. It is completely impossible for me to access my formation or make any substitutions. Impact: I am forced to play through matches without being able to adjust my tactics or replace tired players. This severely hinders my progression and causes me to lose out on crucial rewards due to a technical flaw in the game. Request: As this is a game-breaking technical issue, I am requesting a clear technical solution to fix this bug. Additionally, I am requesting compensation on my Ultimate Team account for the time and matches lost due to this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards,Fc points
I got a ea fc 26 12000 point gift card and I redeemed the card but unfortunately I can’t move it over to fc 27. Please how do I get compensated for this? Or what’s the way around this? Some will say at the launch of 27, I should see a pop up to transfer from previous game but I already started 27 before I was gifted this card and I also redeemed it.Ban appeal
I submitted a ban appeal 3 months ago and haven't received any response. I contacted support as well, but they were no help at all—most of the time I just get an AI bot, and when I finally get a real person after waiting for 5 hours, they just reply that they can't do anything. It really makes you wonder what the point is of buying games from you when you issue bans without any notice, and you can't even tell if your account got banned or hacked.Issue, not sure if technical or a bug, or as EA intended (SB)
I was playing squad battles 3-0 up, I felt the game turning for the worst, it felt as though the AI had to score, I made a couple of fouls, just to stop the build up on a couple of occasions to ride out the intense pressure, which was so bad I struggled to pass run etc because my players were not getting into free areas, my passing was non existence, then this happened in the video clip. This just shows the AI is manipulated to allow the AI to score in squad battles. Tbh it’s an absolute joke that this cheating by the EA AI is allowed to happen. the game is hard enough due to not being able to tackle, due to being tackled through the back with no fouls by the AI, and the AI being super boosted on speed etc. basically my LB special card Spence is completely lost, running around like a headless chicken who does not know what a football field is. I have him on max chemistry so there is no excuse for this, being so far back from the CB line, and not marking everybody which allows the AI ST such an easy goal after the perfect pass. This has rubbish has taken 200-300 points off my Squad battles token, which could be an elite 1 or elite 2 finish. This needs fixingFix squad battles….its a joke
Now I understand legendary squad battles should be pretty hard, but depending on the team should make it easier. Here is a fine example of a CB in goal. The first half ends and the CB goal keeper has made two reasonable saves and one insane save. This is a CB not a prime donnarumma. this needs fixing, I’m not even showing the 96% passing and the 68% possession from a very low rated team on zero chem and players playing out of position i just wish EA would listen to the community, and act on it as nobody asked for this. This isn’t a game of skill if you are just chasing shadows around with the near perfect passing with players on zero chem and out of position, this is making every game impossible to score 5 even on world class. The AI is way to powerful, and moving before your movement on screen, the AI will supposedly predict everytime you move correctly, the AI tackles faster than the human can press a button. There are many other things that have been discussed on threads about squad battles. give the human players a chance to actually play, and not change the ball around for agesRécompense pass saisonnier
Bonjour, je vous contacte au sujet d’un problème sur les récompense de mon pass saisonnier niveau 21 et 22. En effet, il y a eu un bug ou je ne pouvais pas récupérer les récompenses et au final, lorsque j’ai relancé mon jeu, je n’ai rien récupéré et cela est affiché en temps que récupéré. J’ai tout essayer, relancer le jeu ,attendu 2-3j, essayer via companion, rien à faire.
AI GRIND IS NOT FUN AT ALL
if you ever wanted to waste your time, play FUT draft offline against the CPU. Professional difficulty. my 4-0 game against PSG all of a sudden there's division rivals DDA and insanely cringe rebound logic? Every goal I score must be matched against my will. Fix the CPU gameplay to be difficult, not stupid. People play offline for an easy coin grind and not stress online against meta rat gameplay. I play Professional/WC all my squad battles i have no issue on this difficulty, so what the actual hell is this high-stress, corny gameplay I'm dealing with? Why is marquinhos longshotting and scoring a hattrick? why does my bobby moore anticipate never proc, and he gets hang cleaned by kvara? please just reverse that unnecessary squad battle/draft update no asked for from fc 26. don't force us towards online with this horse💩.I am missing most SBCs
Hello, I recently started FUT since the game is free on gamepass now. I believe there should be a bunch of different SBCs available, along with a whole “Live” category, however I’m only seeing the 4 foundation challenges, which I’ve completed, along with bronze, silver, and gold upgrades. Shouldn’t there be more ? How do I access them ?
Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Hello EA Support, I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PC. I have completed all the requirements in the “Discover” objective group: 3 Rush Matches: 3/3 Score 10 Goals: 10/10 Play 5 Matches: 5/5 However, the objective “Complete Basic Evolution” is still showing 0/1, even though I have already completed the Basic Evolution. Because of this, I cannot complete the “Discover” objective group and I still cannot access the Transfer Market. I have attached screenshots showing that all other objectives are completed while “Complete Basic Evolution” remains at 0/1. Could you please check my Ultimate Team account and update/fix the objective progress so that I can unlock the Transfer Market? Thank you.TOTY…
I have grafted so much on ultimate team, every sbc there is, every objectives, everything you could earn packs, even spent money on fifa points and I haven’t packed TOTY, whilst everyone else is. Some even packing of 10 coin packs. It’s unbelievable, I’m trying so hard and my best to pack TOTY and I’m slowly giving up on this game Public ID HumphboyConnection drop
Help please guys. I have the fastest Sky fibre internet available in our area but when I’m playing in rivals,the game freezes for a few seconds and then just catches up itself. It really gets to me because sometimes when I’m winning,I end up losing the game because of this reason. When I run through the diagnostics the connection shows no issues. Has this happened to anyone else? TIA
