Transfer Market Ban
I have been banned for 9 days now with no justification. I trade extensively and fairly and have been accused of balance transfer even though I have never ever done this. I have spend copious amounts on FC points which would negate any point of trading to sell coins. I have appealed 4 times unsuccessfully on case 252893829 which is now marked as fixed and cannot be re-opened even though the most recent message says it can be appealed. I have tried time and again through case 253020141 to get the support agent to provide this info on the primary case to get it re-opened and reviewed. EA are going to have a big problem on their hands as I am obsessive and have six months worth of screenshots (sometimes multiple times per day) showing my progress on the top 100 transfer profit leaderboard - there are literally hundreds of screenshots. Since the transfer ban came in 9 days ago there has been minimal movement (quick sell only) on the leaderboard which implies that it was a blanket ban and done without any evidence of wrongdoing. The ban needs to be overturned as this will be reported to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service as it is draconian and without justification. I cannot complete weekly objectives or anything that involves buying or selling players to complete an objective. Without the ban I would have had circa 105 million coins which I always use in endgame to buy cards I don't have and complete my card collection. Please support and upvote so that this gets the attention it requires at EA. I have comprehensive evidence that shows that a) my ban is unjust and b) it is a blanket ban which means that EA could not have conducted reviews of accounts to come to this conclusion. For people who says its August forget it - I get it. However, I have spent thousands of hours working my way up a leaderboard legitimately and am now denied use of digital services for which I payFc26 server in india is so sick and terrible to play.
I have noticed playing fc26 in india so bad to play there is so much delay in match that when you pass to your player opponents player intercept out of nowhere even there is so much gap between your player and opponent player. I have good internet speed plus I have connected with Ethernet wire to ps5. I believe servers service so pathetic I have no words to say.Unable to play Rivals or Champions since 10th August 2026
I connect with an opponent but as soon as the game is about to start, the game sends me back to the menu saying lost connection with the opponent we’ll check the results. Been the same since last 5 days. Missed both the rewards because of this.store error
I have 50 items stuck in “Assignment Incomplete,” and I’m unable to process them or continue. The picks I created through SBCs have also completely disappeared, and I’m unable to open any packs. This issue is preventing me from progressing in the game and completing my objectives. Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and restore the missing items and picks if possible. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as I am currently unable to play the game properly because of this issue.Бан трансферного рынка
Получил бан трансферного рынка. Правила не нарушал. Монетами не торговал. Просто в один день получил письмо на почту и запрет на торговлю на рынке. Аппеляции не помогли. Настаивают, что я монеты распределял, что бы это не означало. Мои последние сделки - на скриншоте. Чего-то аномального там нет. Fc 27 покупать не буду. So I was doing the objectives to unlock transfer market (I was an only career manager player) and I'm stuck on the introduction to evo. I was mindlessly doing SBCs and deleted the Evo from the card I was transferring and now the objective is locked and I can't unlock the transfer market.False Transfer Market Ban – Long-Time Player Since 2013 (Need Help)
Hello everyone, I’m posting because I believe my account has been incorrectly flagged and I’m hoping for some advice. I recently received a Transfer Market ban in EA SPORTS FC 26 for “balance transfer,” but I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins, and I only have one Xbox account. I do not use any third-party services. My gameplay is normal, I play matches and occasionally trade players on the market, and I use coins only for gameplay such as seasons and evolutions. I have already contacted support and submitted appeals, but they were denied without a clear explanation. This is very frustrating, especially since I have been playing since 2013 and this is my first issue. I believe this may be a mistake or false flag due to normal trading activity or market fluctuations. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this further? Thank you.
My experience with “Balance Transfer” and EA Help
I’m posting this because I suspect my experience may not be unique, and I’d like to hear from other FC 26 players who received Transfer Market sanctions for “Balance Transfer” / “ECONOMIC_ADVANTAGE.” On August 4, my Transfer Market access was restricted. I have never bought coins, transferred coins between accounts, or intentionally participated in coin distribution. I trade extensively on the market for profit, so I wanted to understand which activity triggered the enforcement. That turned into a surprisingly difficult process. I submitted multiple appeals and repeatedly received essentially the same response: EA had “carefully reviewed” the case and confirmed the sanction. The problem is that I was never told which transaction or activity was considered a Balance Transfer. So I tried another route. I requested my EA Account data and specifically asked for the Transfer Market transaction/activity telemetry and internal account records associated with the enforcement decision. EA Help advisors verified my account, created/escalated data requests and told me that the relevant team would handle them. What I eventually received was the standard EA Account data export. It identifies the enforcement as: Game: FC26 Platform: PSN Reason: ECONOMIC_ADVANTAGE But it does not contain the underlying Transfer Market transactions or activity that caused that classification. I then contacted EA Help again specifically explaining that the standard export was not what I was requesting. More cases, chats and escalations followed. Some cases were marked resolved, closed or duplicate without the requested data being provided. I have now submitted another appeal asking for something very simple: Please manually review the specific transactions that triggered the enforcement. I’m attaching a diagram showing the process I have gone through because explaining it in text has honestly become ridiculous. For reference, one of the relevant EA Help/data-request cases is #252714889. I’m not posting this to encourage harassment of EA employees or to claim that every enforcement action is wrong. Automated enforcement is obviously necessary in a market like Ultimate Team. My concern is different: If a legitimate player is incorrectly classified as performing a Balance Transfer, is there actually an effective way to challenge that classification? If the appeal only confirms the original decision without identifying the relevant activity, and the data-access process does not provide the underlying transaction data either, the player appears to be stuck in a loop. And with FC 26 approaching the end of its lifecycle, waiting weeks matters. I also have significant value tied up in players/items that I cannot normally trade because of the restriction. So I’d genuinely like to hear from others: Have you received a Balance Transfer / ECONOMIC_ADVANTAGE sanction in FC 26? Were you ever told which transaction triggered it? Did anyone successfully get such a sanction manually reviewed or reversed? If this is happening to multiple legitimate traders, I think it deserves a broader discussion.
Weekly objective - score 10 in rivals
Cmon guys - this is not good enough - you can't lock people out of the season pass by requiring them to score goals in rivals to complete the weekly objectives - that’s 1,400 points that have not been available to a lot of us so far, and I suspect another 700 per week over the remaining 3 weeks beyond this one. That's 3,500 points (over 10 percent) that are not achievable (or extremely difficult to achieve) for a portion of the player base from UT - that's not good enough, especially for those of us who have paid for the premium pass. In the past it has required us to play 10 rivals/champs, which is fine, everyone can do that, but scoring 10 goals in the mode would take someone like me (who experiences considerable distance related a lag combined with just being old and slow) maybe 30 or 40 matches in a mode where most matches last 20+ minutes while I am being pummelled by 20+ goals. Do better team EA - these are base objectives required to complete a pass that we have paid for - this is not good enoughHELP!!! I can't find my Personal Settings file when I launch fc26 on PC
I can't find my Personal Settings file when I launch fc26 on PC. Is the EA server still down at this moment? But I can still access Ultimate Team on the FC26 Companion app. Is anyone else experiencing this? If my Personal Setting file on PC is truly lost, how can I reload the previous setting?
