Merge Academy Reward Missing in Chapter 4
In chapter 4, room 4, I completed the whole room and there is no reward in that room to collect every day. There is in the first 3 sections, but not the 4th one. I am just starting are/room 5 so I don't know if it's missing from there as well. What's going on with that?Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. I may be incorrect but at one time if a player left a game when they were losing, they still lost rating points and the opponent still gained the points had they won the game. Now there is no incentive to stay until the end because if you are losing and you leave you don't lose points. Nor does the player ahead at that time gain points. So you've played an entire game, the opponent behind leaves and you get nothing. Can't it go back to the way it wasMissing Poppit Party Badge
I am missing a Poppit Party Badge, if I try to play a different badge a message come on and tells me I can replace the badge with the one I just clicked on. I can't even find the badge that is missing, but I should have finished it by not. I had been playing it around the time I saw another Poppit Party Badge with in the section that shows different challenges across the screen and I played that one and then went back to playing the one I had been playing. Ever since starting Chapter 4 I've been amassing stars (32 so far) but keep being told that there are no tasks available and I should just keep doing puzzles. There's no explanation for this - it doesn't say I need to pay for more tasks, for example. I've seen others complain of the same thing, while others again say they have no problem. What is going on? Will there ever be more tasks? I'm using a Chromebook, browser Chrome 148.0.7778.250Sub request fails
For some unknown reason attempts to accept my substitute request do not follow thru, instead a message claiming; My account appears to be inactive, is displayed to the individual I requested to sub for me. On my end there's a message that Sub request has been accepted Has this happened before? What can be done to correct this issue?
