Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1. However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story. It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward. It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game. Is anyone else having this issue?Bug Report: Ads appearing over the top of games blocking gameplay.
This is not isolated to one game. Every game I have tried today has had the same problem. Screenshots included. The ads appear to be breaking their frames. They are appearing over the top of the games and interfering with gameplay. I played this game a lot. Multiple times a day. On the side events the grid events as they’re called, I have not had one where I have not been able to get the chest completed and the artifacts all four found. But my current game does not have the last piece of the chest. I’ve looked at every possible tile and none of them have the last piece. However, there is some glitch that my fourth artifact is still showing on my board! When I used one of the rolling pins to open up a large square, it gave me another artifact, but I already have collected four and that task is no longer showing on my to-do list. I look forward to that chest every week for the progress gems, and the coins, and the red sticker book. I would like some help.Matching moments Level 377
There must be some mistake: there are no tiles to match! When the level loads, all the spaces are concealed apart from two colour bombs, but without any tiles they have nothing to work on. My series of black streaks for the Solitaire Home Story challenge of creating 10 black streaks is no longer tracking them. It has frozen at 6/10, and I have actually completed 8/10 so far. Kinda makes me not want to bother trying to finish this challenge.
