PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. once again the decorating page is not loading it was fixed now it is back to not loading again it is just a black sceewn onm decorating page please fix it i play this game daily multiple times i have been a pogo member for a long long time please fix this i really love this game03/07/2026 Saturday, Merge Academy not working. Garden Blast not working
I've noticed for more than a year that Merge Academy often fails over the weekend. I hadn't noticed Garden Blast failing the same way, but it is today. Games begin to load, but never finish. If it goes the way it usually does, MA will start working after the weekend is over. I'll see if GB follows the same pattern.Merge Academy Blank White Screen
Merge Academy won't load, all I get is a blank white screen. Tried clearing history and cache, tried several different browsers, made sure everything was up to date, doesn't matter. EA will no doubt respond to this with their useless troubleshooting guide, and then mark it solved. Does anyone out there have useful ideas?Mahjong Safari Not Getting Credit for Games Played
My feathers and stars numbers have been stuck at the same numbers for at least two days. I'm at Level 450. I noticed at the end of the game that I can't choose "Play Next Level" as it's grayed out, making me return to the sanctuary in order to choose next level. Working on Mixing Paint Badge and it's been stuck at 33/35 games. I currently use MS Edge browser and cleared cookies, etc., and it is up-to-date. Also tried it on Chrome and it's doing the same thing. Using Laptop, Windows 11, Version 25H2. Pogo name = LEKym2 Version 145.0.3800.82 64-bit Ran DxDiagNotes and it says "No problems found."
