Matching moments issues
For days as I complete games the stars don't increase. Yet I am winning and just completed a challenge which was to gain 35 stars. Challenge complete, stars never increased. This has gone on for a while. Also the in game challenge to complete games in a row, endlessly cycles at 0-5 games. It shows next level of 10 games but then when it gets to 5 it gives a 100 coin reward and restarts. Using Firefox on Macbook but same issues occur if I switch to Chrome or Safari.Can we STOP with the sticker books!
I'm already annoyed with merge academy having sticker books being a constant thing. Now I'm seeing that it's getting introduced to Farm Merge Valley now!! How about not! I DO NOT WANT a sticker book for this game!!! All these additions just make things glitchy. I'm getting to the point of closing my account. I don't really want to because I enjoy a few of the games on here and this site helps pass the time, but I will if things don't change.Bug Report: Ads appearing over the top of games blocking gameplay.
This is not isolated to one game. Every game I have tried today has had the same problem. Screenshots included. The ads appear to be breaking their frames. They are appearing over the top of the games and interfering with gameplay. Whelp, since they absolutely refuse to fix Mahjong Sanctuary - I lost out on a **bleep** badge. I was all about the badges, and playing, and wanted to buy a membership - f*** that now. No use in wasting my money for games or anything else when they do not listen to the complaints and respond accordingly by actually correcting the coding instead of telling players that suddenly in the middle of playing their cache fills up or they need to be in an incognito window, or that your equipment may be at all fault. Good evening - I was playing Merge Academy just now and I previously had 2 of the apple generators (the ones that ultimately produce the pie). Since I needed one of the pie slices to fulfill the order, I got these generators out of storage and started merging the outputs. You can see here that I had enough from the generators to make the pie and the slices, which would not be possible with only one of these generators. Unfortunately, the game started glitching severely and the second generator just...disappeared. I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods including restarting my device, checking for device and browser updates alike, clearing cache, trying incognito mode, etc. I would really appreciate getting my other generator back please 😅 thank you. I have a gift box that appeared that I can not collect. It takes up a space and shows me a little clickable button on the bottom left of the screen that says "free", though when I click it, it does nothing. I have tried exiting, clearing my cache, switching between Edge, Chrome, and the app as well. I even tried to use the shovel on it. Nothing works. The only thing I am able to do with this gift box is move it. I see that someone else posted about this a while ago, but I did not read a comment about any resolution. I am attaching a screen recording showing me trying to click the "free" button on the bottom left, and trying to click the giftbox itself, as well as moving it a space. If there is any current resolution, please let me know.Games getting worse with all the changes
Maybe it's just me, but it seems that all the changes Pogo is making to not only the layout of the website itself (gem shop for example), but to the games themselves by adding in offers/tournaments/etc. are making games stutter and some are messed up in other ways. Take Merge Academy for example. Since the additions: the game stutters (mainly when trying to merge items), sometimes the generators won't give me items right away, and items will even disappear from the grid. Even trying to collect the free items is difficult. It makes me not want to bother with it anymore. Tile Hero still has me in level 1 area despite it showing where I truly am in the bottom corner (play level). I will play this to do a challenge, but won't otherwise until this problem is dealt with. ***I have cleared my cache, cookies, and browser but no change. My browser is up to date.
