Sul sul simmers! The sun is bright, spring has arrived and Friday Highlights are back, what more can we ask? 🌞 Based from the very warm reactions to EA_Solaire's return of Friday Highlights last week, I can tell I'm not the only one who missed those! We hope everyone is accustomed to our shiny new forums by now and we can't wait to see everything you will share with us. ✨ A quick recap of this week's news: ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Have you seen the Pride Every Day Collection that dropped on April 2nd? Check the fabulous outfits and items and more information! We can't wait to see how you will incorporate these in your games! ⚙️ This week, there was another patch for The Sims Legacy Edition. Make sure you check out all the details here ! 🌲 There is one more week left to the Plumbob Green Challenge on Discord, make sure to participate if you'd like a chance to win a Plumbob pin! ❓ Finally, we have a poll of the utmost importance on Discord: Who is your favorite mascot? Don't forget to cast your vote and let us know here who is your preferred mascot (which should be Yamachan, obviously)! Let's celebrate Spring by visiting the community garden greenhouse! posted here, by ManicPot8to Now, let's move on to the highlights... Let's kick off those highlights with the mention of everybody's favourite angry old lady, Miss Crumplebottom 👵👜. It looks like drkangl7690 has been very patient so far, but everyone eventually hits their limits: she got turned into a vampire after another instance of public rude behaviour! 🧛♀️ And since she still wouldn't behave, she even got frozen by a freeze ray so she could be taught a lesson (and we got a really funny screenshot out of that, which I encourage you to see!). Has Miss Crumplebottom interacted with your sims before? Have you integrated her into your games? Apparently she can become sweet and teach your sims knitting, but she has never grown out of the grumpy phase in my games! 😅 If you are in a reading mood, texansky added a new chapter to the Fields of Gold story. Jade Fields has come a long way, from Bidgeport to an old lodge in Alryne Valley. Her hard work has paid off and she is settling well into the house that is slowly getting lest rusty and renovated. She has found a friend in Elijah the local cat and she has also found love with Shaun, and things are looking very well! 💍 If you want a nice cosy, slice of life story with a Spring vibe, then this story is made for you! We have the perfect place for your sims to enjoy the nice Spring weather with Cevans1962's Jackdaws house, located in San Sequoia. It's very luminous, it includes a spacious kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, a study and a gym. There is a cute patio for your family barbecues, a playground for children, and an adorable front garden that is beautifuly decorated 🌷 Everyone in the household will find what they need, so you should definitely take a look! If you are up for a challenge this week, have a look at what AidenNite10 is proposing: The Sims 4 Restaurant Build Challenge. 🍽️ The rules are simple and allow you to bring out your creativity as long as you don't use any mods or custom content. You don't even need any specific pack such as Dine Out, so I'm curious to see everyone's builds because I'm sure they are all going to look different from each other yet amazing! Finally, vickyloo shares some insight about the game: did you know that when your sim gets hurt, they will end up with a bandage that stays on until the injury is healed? 🤕That's a neat little detail that adds more realism! It's so subtle that you would barely notice it, but it's so rewarding when you do - especially when you've been playing for years! What are other things that you never knew and discovered after a long time? It's a known fact by now but I discovered pretty late and randomly that cats can sit on the roombas and have a little wander in the house. 😻 This is it for the week folks! I hope you and your sims have a nice weekend, and we'll see you very soon! Dag dag 👋 EA_Cath ✌️1.1KViews39likes18CommentsFriday Highlights - April 18th
Sul sul friends! I hope the start of spring is treating you well! Do you have any plans for Easter weekend? 🐣 Are you sims ready to welcome the Flower Bunny? 🐰 If you celebrate Easter, what do you usually eat or cook? Let us know below! First, here’s what you may have missed this week: 📑 There was a new patch for MySims™: Cozy Bundle on Monday, make sure to check that your game is up to date! Bear and Barry enjoying some of that nice fresh air, posted here by Tomsde And with this quick update, let’s dive into the highlights! Your sims and their family might want to enjoy the brighter and longer days, and ManicPot8to just got the perfect build for that in Meadow Loop Play Park This build is ideal for everyone: children will love playing with the treehouse, swings and other amenities built for them, couples will enjoy the relaxing environment, pet owners can bring their furry friends for a nice stroll , and there is a community garden for our fellow botanists. 🌾 The park looks so pretty at daytime and night time, so make sure to have a look! If you’d like to add a bit of magic to your daily life, jazzyrocksoul88 has the perfect story for you as they are taking on the "Llamas and Legends" challenge originally created by Rishella, on the basis of a very popular game involving rolling dices to make decisions 🐉. Olorra Ilianath, a mysterious character, suddenly appears on the former estate of the controversial Jacques Villareal. Olorra is a very stylish human bard with a passion for arts, and she is already doing pretty good for herself as she’s had times to practice her craft and make some friends 🎨. So if you’d like to see how jazzyrocksoul88 and Olorra are going to tackle this challenge, keep an eye out! EA_Solaire mentioned the awesome Bayou Bijou World Collaboration in The Sims 3, and this is still going on! There are many new additions to the world and all the builds are very creative. But today, let’s focus on @HidehiHidehi2’s Club Fais Do-Do which looks like the perfect holiday resort for your sims: with bars, dance floors, hot tubs on the roof top, and live music, your sims won’t have time to get bored 💃🎶. It looks stunning and even more impressive at night time with all the lights illuminating the building! 🌃(Your fun language fact of the day: Fais Do-Do in Cajun language refers to a Cajun Dance Party. But in French, it has a completely different meaning: Fais Do-Do means: Go to sleep!) If you need some inspiration to play with the Business & Hobbies pack, BreeMiles may have had the greatest idea of all time with the Pet Hangout Business 🐶🐱. It is not only great for the pets and stray animals roaming around, but also for pet owners who can now enjoy the hangout club in the latest addition! They can share their love of animals and receive help with caring for their friends or getting them cleaned up. I strongly encourage you to check out the thread from the beginning just for a bit of cuteness overload 💖Would that be something you would like to reproduce in your game? Finally, let’s talk gameplay: are there any game mechanics you would like more insight on? If so, then Intern_Waffle_64 has the perfect curated guide for you, and is willing to add more topics! 🤓 So go and let us know what gameplay logistics are giving you trouble! Help your sims getting out of burnout, prevent potential electrocutions and become a weather expert, among other topics. Each article is very easy to understand but they still contain a lot of information and details. They definitely go into my bookmarks “How to play Sims 4 for Dummies”! 📑 And that's it for this week! As always, have a lovely weekend and make sure not to eat too many sweets 🍫 (saying this, as I'm devouring a giant chocolate egg 🤭). Dag Dag! And the moment we’ve all been waiting for… yesterday the newest pack Enchanted by Nature finally launched! If you haven’t yet, make sure to join in on our official screenshot thread here and show off all your fairy best screenshots! An enchanted place, posted here, by Gagea25 Enough flittering around, let’s get on to the highlights! Dreams can be either wildly imaginative or sometimes boring and mundane reflections of our day to day activities, so sailorleontine wants to know- have you ever played too much and started dreaming about The Sims? Any time I play a particular game for a while, I definitely start to dream about it, so naturally I’ve had a few Sims related dreams over the years. Since I spend most of my time building, I’ll sometimes dream about creating floorplans or decorating rooms and gardens, which serves as great inspiration for when I’m playing again! But we want to hear about any Sims related dreams you’ve had- do you dream more about gameplay and get ideas for storytelling, or maybe you dream about your friends and family only speaking Simlish? Be sure to share all the wild and wacky Sims dreams you’ve had! 😴💭 Everyone knows July 5th is the official start of Spooky Season, so let’s celebrate with this Spooky Cottage created by shandy_lou97. This witchy cabin includes a full size kitchen, two rustic style bedrooms, an outdoor garden to grow your very own oversized pumpkins, and a homey living room with a grand fireplace to sit around and tell scary stories. This little cottage gives off all the cozy vibes and is the perfect spot for pumpkin carving or ghost hunting, so if you’re already feeling spooky and need a place to enjoy Summerween, be sure to check out this festive cottage! 🎃🍂🦇 If you haven’t discovered all the secrets in Enchanted by Nature just yet, EmmaVane has once again got you covered in this Q&A: Enchanted by Nature discussion about all the new gameplay and features. So are you looking for some more information on ailments and how to cure them? Or maybe you’re curious about the new fairy abilities and ranks? And how exactly will other Occults interact with fairies? We’ve now got all the answers to these burning questions and plenty more, so be sure to check out this illuminating Q&A! To kick off the month of July, we’ve got a brand new buildnshare challenge called Flavors of the World. The theme for this month is a multicultural summer festival to celebrate the various cultures and traditions represented in our Sims world. With no restricted budget, you’ll need to create an outdoor community space with at least 4 food or drink stalls, a seated and shaded eating area, public restrooms, and any other items that bring life and vibrancy to your festival. This challenge will be open until July 31st, so you still have plenty of time to submit your entries! 🍛🍵 We’ve all been quite busy with the Week 3 of the Nature’s Calling event, so let’s finish this week off with this gameplay story, Nature’s Calling: A Sims 4 Story created by LegacySims2017. This story follows protagonist Lucifer Morningstar, a global superstar from Newcrest as he returns for his fourth event quest. In this week’s episode, Lucifer focuses on sculpting and building furniture on his new woodworking table to decorate his log cabin. But as he works, something is weighing on his mind… Has he really been hearing whispers in the wind, or is he just imagining things? What could this whisper mean, and what does this strange voice want? Be sure to follow along with this puzzling story as we find out and unlock this supernatural mystery! And that’s all for another wand-erful week! I hope you all have the most magical weekend, stay safe, and happy Simming! 💚 -EA_Solaire315Views30likes10CommentsThe Return of Friday Highlights

So make sure you stop by every Friday to join in on the fun 🙂 Now let's get started, shall we? So what happened this week? Plumbob Green is now an official custom color developed by Pantone, and to celebrate, a new shell challenge is available in the official Sims Discord! You can download the lot here and share your build in Discord for a chance to win your very own Plumbob pin. For more details, check out the Discord announcement here! A second build challenge is available in Discord for Businesses and Hobbies- your goal is to transform New Harbor Park in Iverstad into a thriving and bustling business, and share the story of how you turned this vacant lot into a flourishing establishment. The quiz will be available through next week, be sure to check it out and let us know who you got! Morning fishing trip in Sulani, posted here, by lanlynk Let's see what we can fish up with this week's highlights! Spring is officially here, and with this season symbolizing rebirth, what better way to celebrate than with this Life & Death Rebirth Saga Challenge, created by nastyjman. For this challenge, you'll play through various reincarnations of your Sim while working towards specific aspirations with each rebirth- you'll begin as a deviant and evil Sim and will slowly blossom and grow into a creative and good spirit. Each reincarnation has a set of rules, like various traits and income restrictions to make this challenge a little more difficult. So if you've been looking for a fun gameplay challenge to start the season with, be sure to check this one out and let us know how far you get! With Businesses and Hobbies now in full swing, AidenNite10 is asking the question we've all been wondering- What's the best way for your Sims to earn money? While it may be a slow process, my personal favorite is knitting, cross stitching and candle making to sell in my small business. But what's your favorite way to make extra money- are you a bulk dragon fruit farmer, or a lucrative art dealer? Do you sell your goods in your small business like me, or do you prefer Plopsy? Let us know all your best money making secrets! With summer just around the corner, I've been looking for the perfect vacation home to escape the hot weather, and this elegant Mediterranean château, Villa Harmonia, built by imoger checks all the boxes- it includes 5 full size bedrooms with timeless exposed brick walls, a private art studio for painting and woodwork, and lush outdoor living space with a garden style pool and shaded pergola. If you're in need of a relaxing and scenic new home, you'll definitely want to check this one out! Season 29 of The Bachelor may have ended on Monday, but don't worry, we've still got plenty of roses to hand out with this gameplay story, The Bachelor Challenge, by QuinShay5. Our Bachelor for this story is Eric Nash, a young and creative romantic looking for his perfect soul mate. This week's episode brought us elimination #2 and things got s p i c e y as one of the girls decided to pop off on Eric, thus resulting in her removal from the house. So which of the remaining girls are you rooting for? My personal favorite is Zuri, mostly because her hair is 🔥 If you need some extra drama in your life, be sure to tune into this hilarious story, and let us know who you think will win the final rose! And finally, for our very talented Sims 3 builders soocoolsim has created a New Orleans inspired world collaboration, Bayou Bijou. This week, a big milestone was hit as Map C of this world has been completed! A total of 54 lots for this world have already been created, but don't worry, plenty more lots are available to claim if you want to participate! The next lot claiming period will begin Monday, April 1st, so be sure to head over, claim your lots and show off all your best building skills. And that will wrap us up for this week! I hope you all stay safe, have a wonderful weekend, and happy Simming 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire1.6KViews28likes18CommentsFriday Highlights - April 11th
Sul sul my lovelies! After a long week, we’ve almost made it to the weekend, which means it’s time for another edition of Friday Highlights! Do you all have an exciting weekend planned? Have you been prepping for your annual visit from the Flower Bunny? Tell me everything you’ve been up to this week! But first, a quick recap on this week’s updates: Yesterday our two newest Creator Kits launched- Sleek Bathroom created by @syboulette and Sweet Allure by @aharris00britney, and I am still swooning over that bathroom 😍 Yesterday also brought us Patch 8 for The Sims Legacy Collection- for a full list of everything included with this patch, be sure to read up on the notes here! Celebrating Love Day, posted here, by HaneulFier Let's catch up on this week's highlights! To celebrate the two newest Creator Kits, our very own simgirl1010 hosted a giveaway for both the Sleek Bathroom and Sweet Allure kits - big congrats to the 4 winners, mariefoxprice83, Asatoria, gamegirl2168, and ilmonegure! Don’t forget to to check out our official screenshot thread here for these kits and show off your new builds and very fashionable new outfits 🛁👗 For this week’s build, we’re going retro with belalucina’s Sims 4 rendition of the classic 56 Ingleside Drive from The Sims: Unleashed. With exact furniture placement, a red tiled front garden, small ponds, and even the signature blue couch, this build is a perfect replica of the original (with slightly more stylish wallpaper). Be sure to check this thread out for remakes of all your favorite original Sims households! And for my very talented builders out there- who’s willing to take on rebuilding the classic Sims 4 houses in The Sims Legacy Collection? 🙃 Up next, we have a long-running gameplay story inspired by the Decades Challenge, The Whittaker Saga, written by JesLet40. This story began in the 1890’s, originally following founder Abigail Spencer as she finds love and builds a family of her own. 3 generations later, we’ve now progressed into the 1960’s, and this week’s update focuses on Barbara, Thomas and Betty as they deal with a bathtub stealing burglar and welcome in the newest arrival of generation 4 👶💖 If you’re interested in a historical and emotional story, be sure to check this one out as it moves closer to the 21st century! The Sims is a game full of all kinds of surprises, and mlnov39 wants to know about some of the most unexpected plot twists you’ve encountered in your gameplay. The first (and only) time I ever attempted a Legacy Challenge, my founding Sim had just met a partner to start their family with and had planned a quiet dinner date at home. With Frank and Beans being the obvious choice for a romantic dish, my Sim began cooking, and immediately caught the entire kitchen on fire and died on the spot. And before it had even begun, my Legacy Challenge was over ☠️ But tell us about some of the unplanned twists you’ve run into- have you had any Sims suddenly die and ruin a challenge like me? Or maybe your Sim met an unintended partner that changed their trajectory entirely? Be sure to share your favorite unforeseen story twists with us! And finally, AidenNite10 has created a Gallery Showdown for all you wonderful speed builders out there- this challenge is all about creating any type of build you can imagine from mansions, to starter homes, to venues and racing to see who can complete their lot first! So do you think you can build your way to the top of the scoreboard? Let’s see what you've got! 🏁🏗️ And that’s all for another wonderful week! As always, stay safe everyone, have a wonderful weekend, and happy Simming 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire424Views27likes11CommentsFriday Highlights - July 25th
Sul Sul peeps! Those are the last highlights of July, which means that this year is passing scaredly fast, and also that we are halfway through the summer for us North Hemispherians. Have you been up to anything exciting, or still waiting to go on holiday? Or did you enjoy the summer spending time at home? Are you ready for Spooky Season yet? … wait… who said that? 🤨 Let’s just see what you may have missed this week: On Tuesday, we announced the coolest giveaway ever on Discord. Make sure to enter here and you could be among the 10 lucky folks to win a ✨BunBun the Fairy Freezer Bunny Plushie Keychain✨ Also, make sure to check out this cool deep dive into the new music, tracks and artists of Enchanted by Nature. And be sure to enjoy the Sims 25th Birthday Mix playlist 💃 That must have been a shock for this sim, shared here by MeggoSims Let’s check out this week’s highlights! This week, HollownessDevour is bringing you fun new ways to play the game with an investigation regarding funny and interesting traits, item and lifestyle combinations for your sims. If you’re always picking the same traits and would like to change it up a bit, this thread will give you some inspiration! For example you could pick the traits Romantic and Jealous and see how your sim adapts. But my favourite combination is Plant Lover and Loner, because it lets you gain social and entertainment when you speak to your plants! 🤭 This thread is collaborative, so if you ever noticed a funny or interesting combination make sure to share it! 🙌 You can also let us know if you would recommend the pairing or if it made the game a bit too difficult to handle. We can't wait to see what everybody comes up with! Now is the time for the next chapter of one of my favourite Sims 3 story, The Marsden Farm Challenge by texansky 📖 My favourite character, Phoenix the Magician, has aged up since last time we covered the story and has become an adult, and so did a lot of his other siblings, and there has been a new addition to the family with baby August, who is now a toddler 👶 In this new chapter, Bucky and Wanda got a great news to share, gnomes are gathering in the garden, and Phoenix is performing his magic in the Performance Park - it looks like he’s getting a lot of tips as he has mastered the Disappearing Sim trick! All the characters are moving forward and it’s very nice to see that they all have different interests and paths, but they seem all very happy 🤗 Next up, NoahLGP wants to know what are the in-game features that you like but turn off, and why you disabled them 🙅The Sims is one of those games that everyone plays differently because it gives players a lot of options and tools that can be turned on or off, so pretty much all of our gameplays are very unique. Therefore, it's a great question! It’s very interesting to read all the different replies and the justifications as to why some features are disabled. A lot of you turned off Wishes and Fears, extreme seasonal events, or Social Bunny for adults. Personally, I haven’t recovered yet from The Sims’ original and terrifying burglar music so that was one of those features that I turned off immediately when it came out! 😅 How about you, what features are you disabling, or allowing, and why? We’d love to know! This week, Marjia01 is showcasing the perfect fancy summer house, Truly Modern. Truly Modern is a 3-bed family home with a pool, patio, spacious balconies and more 🌴 It feels perfect for summer, I can see sims throwing a great barbecue and pool party and becoming the most popular neighbours around 🎉 My favourite touch is the little pond that surrounds the front window and the side of the house, it’s such a beautiful addition and it fits in flawlessly. And the bushes on the left are perfect to give a bit of privacy. I also love how the house is elevated and how the entrance steps are built. If you think that Truly Modern is a good fit for your household, make sure to check it out on the Gallery! An interesting question is brought to us by Lion-In-A-Teacup , who is asking how do players keep track of their games - and especially if they have different scenarios and timelines going on and have to step away from playing for a little while. After reading the replies, I’m really impressed by the level of organization and dedication you folks have 😳 It seems that pretty much all of you are writing down information and details onto notebooks or notepads, screenshots and Word documents 📓 And also, I'm noticing that some of you are playing a lot of households at the same time! I guess keeping written notes of everything that is going on probably helps, but handling two hundred sims is out of my depths 🙈 I think that it’s very sweet to have a trace of the stories and achievements of our sims outside of the main game. I would love to see some “out of context” notebook pages about your sims! Finally as a little extra even though this hasn't happened this week: we just wanted to make a quick shout out to the Bayou Bijou Collaboration that has officially been completed! Congratulations to all of you who participated, the world and the builds are all unique and beautiful. And congrats to soocoolsim , Hidehi2 and Sandraelle for organising the collaboration! And with this, we conclude another week of highlights. I will be off now to enjoy some sunshine, and I'll see ya back in August 🌞 Dag dag! Sul Sul simmers! Another week has passed, and on Tuesday we celebrated International Fairy Day (yes, it’s a thing!), perfect to get in the mood for Enchanted by Nature 🧚 Are there any tales associated with fairies where you’re from? I love local folklore, so don’t hesitate to share any with us! Let’s see what you might have missed this week: 💰 On Monday, the Sim your Summer sale started. Now is the time to grab the pack or kit that you wanted for a while at a discounted price! 🍃 On Tuesday, the newest Nature's Calling event launched in the game. Make sure to complete your tasks to earn beautiful rewards! For more information, check out the tutorial video about how to play the event. 📰 On Wednesday, a new Laundry List was published, make sure to catch up if you haven't already. 📹 Finally on Thursday, Enchanted by Nature got its gameplay trailer on YouTube that you can rewatch here. A storm is brewing… posted here by sillyangel0906 And now, it's time to dive into the highlights! Let’s kick off those highlights with a new challenge created by GhiraCygnus , perfect for the aliens lovers out there: the Alien Based Legacy Challenge 👽 It starts off with very cool lore: you are an alien from the world of Sixam and you have to integrate the world of Maxis (the regular Sims 4 world) to see if your species can survive there. Upon entering Maxis, you will have to go undercover and start studying sims and their environment. 🔎 You must also integrate and act as a regular alien who is totally not trying to investigate whether the environment can accommodate for an entire race of aliens, so you will have to mingle with the local population and start your own family, as your heirs will need to take over the investigation for you. That sounds like a fun challenge, balanced perfectly with specific tasks while it still gives you some freedom to experience it as you’d like. Let us know if you would like to give it a try and how this goes for you! The people of Sixam are counting on you 🖖 The Bayou Bijou World Collaboration is still going strong with our Sims 3 players! soocoolsim , one of the creators of the project, has uploaded a new video tour of the latest builds so it’s very easy to catch up on the latest builds that have been added! We’re being taken on a tour near the seaside and farming areas to admire the latest builds: lovely rustic cabins by the water, The Rising Sun hangout, the Honeyspring Plantation, a Creole Landing for fun activities, a perfectly livable boat and much more! I strongly encourage you to check out the well crafted video and enjoy the visit and commentaries (and the musics), and congratulations to all the latest builders for taking part in the project and for showcasing your talent! 👏👏 Now if you’re looking for a another type of challenge with very different vibes, then you will want to check out xXTwilight_SagaX's Velmire Legacy Challenge, which takes place over 3 generations (or more if you want!). You start as Lady Seraphina living in a castle and you must uncover the family prophecy 🔮. Each heir must encounter a prophetic challenge such as betrayal, receiving a gift or a curse from a ghost, falling for a ghost and even more. You can also pimp up the challenge by adding rival families and tracking all the drama events unfolding. With all this, it will keep you busy for a little while and give you a first taste of spooky vibes! I have already seen Halloween decorations into the stores, so it’s never too early. 👻 Enchanted by Nature is getting closer to being released, and Ennamora has created a build that is perfect for your future fairies, the magnificent Crystalsong Cove ✨ The property is a two-bedroom house with one bathroom, perfect for a couple or for single sims. In addition to all the basic amenities you will also find a cosy living room, an private study office and a beautiful dining room. The interior is beautiful and full of colours, and lots of plants and ivy are complimenting perfectly the rest of the decoration style. The interior is simply magnificent with all the crystals and pond around. Even your most plain, regular sim is going to feel magical by living in this house! Finally, mikkimouse1978 has a fun theory as to why do neighbours in The Sims throw a welcome party every time a new person settles in the neighborhood. Since pretty much all of us will use Build Mode before moving our new household, and that Build Mode pauses the game, neighbours will see a brand new house or home and garden renovations appearing in the blink of an eye as soon as you turn back Live Mode. So obviously, they will want to investigate what just happened and this is why they all try to barge in our sims’ houses with the excuse of “welcoming them to the neighborhood” 👀 I love this theory and everything it implies! It reminds me of a horror book called “House of Leaves” where an apparent regular house starts to change on its own (the length of the walls, new doors and corridors appear out of nowhere, etc.) which is pretty much what we do to our own sims whenever we enter Build Mode. I just hope they are getting used to it by now and aren't getting too scared by the constant changes 😅 Alright folks, that's a wrap for this week. Have a great weekend, and remember to stay cool and hydrated 😎 Dag dag! Cath242Views23likes7CommentsFriday Highlights - April 25th

Joe and Jana enjoy a day at the beach, posted here by littlebonnieblue Ready to kick back and relax with this week’s highlights? With so many different options for small businesses and venue types, it can be a little overwhelming deciding what to play. But don’t worry, Intern_Waffle_64 is creating a guide on visitable custom venue types and all the various business activities you can use! Did you know you can set up a functional ranch petting zoo and have your guests play with horses and care for your animals? Or how about a functioning gaming arcade with a computer cafe? If you’ve discovered any non-traditional custom venues, be sure to share them with us! Up next, we have a slice of life gameplay story, Diary of a Country Girl, written by DaniRose2143. This story focuses on the quiet countryside adventures of Aurora Westbrook-Carter as she and her husband Tre embrace the ranching lifestyle 🤠🚜 This week, the couple begins preparations on a nectar selling business, discuss expanding their family, celebrate Peanut’s first win at a barrel racing competition, and plan a hiking trip to Mt. Komorebi. So if you’ve been looking for a wholesome story to cuddle up with this weekend, this diary-style narrative is exactly what you need! If you love a good legacy challenge, but sometimes feel they can be a bit tedious and unexciting, Storytellerwhims has the perfect challenge for you with the Never Get Bored Legacy Challenge. This challenge spans across 10 decades, with each generation focusing on specific themes and goals. For one of the generations, you’ll play as a haunted detective as you begin a heated affair with a vampire, whose mysterious death and secrets continue to plague you. Another focuses on a passionate waffle chef with ambitions of opening a successful baked goods stall. Every generation provides an exciting choose-your-own-adventure style of storytelling, so you’ll definitely want to check this out, and be sure to share with us which of your generations was your favorite! 🕵️🧇 If that challenge isn’t enough for you, how about trying The Everything Challenge, created by SleepySelkies - this challenge is the ultimate mash up of the occult baby challenge and the all packs challenge and your goal is to complete, well, everything! That means all aspirations, careers, collections and all achievements. There’s even a handy-dandy checklist available for you to help keep track of your progress! If you’re a completionist, you’ll definitely want to give this challenge a try, and be sure to let us know how far you get! And to wrap us up this week, Brd709 is looking for a little advice for their Sims - Ayla and Maxwell have been happily married for 28 years, but seem to be hitting a rough spot in their relationship. Now that the kids are grown and out of the house, these empty nesters have lost their spark for each other. Recently Ayla has been throwing some insults at Maxwell, and Maxwell has decided he’s just not into Ayla. So after nearly 3 decades, should these two finally call it quits and move on with their lives? Or should they work on improving their relationship to rekindle the flame? Let us know what you think and how you would progress their story! And that’s going to wrap us up for this week! As always, stay safe everyone, have a wonderful weekend, and happy Simming 💚 Till next time! -EA_Solaire331Views23likes8Comments
