FC Mobile freezes when opening Squad screen
Hello, I am having an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. The game works normally, including matches, the store, and other menus. However, whenever I open the Squad/Lineup page, the entire game freezes and becomes unresponsive. I have already tried: - Clearing cache - Reinstalling the game - Restarting my phone - Updating my device - Changing battery settings My device is Xiaomi 11T Pro. The issue started after opening several player packs. I also tested the same account on another device (tablet), and the Squad screen still freezes there as well. This suggests the issue is related to my account or squad data rather than my device. Please check if there is a problem with my squad data or account and help resolve this issue. Whenever I'm busy editing my team certain parts on my screed does not work, and I can't add players to my reserves ?? Hello, EA Support Team. I am an active FC Mobile player and I am facing a critical issue that has completely prevented me from accessing the game for about 5 days. The problem started suddenly: I played normally around 8:20 PM and everything was working correctly. However, when I tried to open the game again at 10:00 PM on the same day, it entered an infinite black screen loop. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app through the Google Play Store, the issue became even worse: the game no longer gets past the startup screen, closes by itself, and Android immediately displays the message that “the app keeps crashing”. I have already tried several troubleshooting procedures: clearing cache and app data; complete reinstallation; updating Android System WebView; updating Google Play Services; restarting the device; checking app permissions; testing on different Wi-Fi and 4G networks. Nothing solved the issue. While researching on the official EA forum and FC Mobile communities, I found several recent reports from users experiencing similar crashes after recent game updates, including on different devices. Everything indicates a possible incompatibility between the current FC Mobile build and certain devices, processors, or Android versions. For the past 4 days, I have been dealing with a major issue in Head-to-Head matches. Every time a match is paused, the game immediately disconnects. It has been happening continuously for days. My internet connection is completely stable and my router has been reset, but the game kicks me out as soon as the pause screen is triggered. It seems like opponents are abusing a pause exploit/no-loss glitch to drop the matches on purpose. Please look into this server synchronization exploit and fix it. This problem happens on a daily basis and makes the game very difficult to play. The audio becomes delayed and starts lagging, and the gameplay is no longer smooth.
