Ultimate team keeps crashing on PS5
No matter what I do I can’t fix it. Once Im on ultimate team and try to complete an sbc, search for players, open the store or anything at all, the loading symbol at the bottom appears and it takes forever to load anything. Is anybody else having this issue? It’s made the game LITERALLY unplayable, no matter what I do the game just crashes and forces me to restart the game from the PS5 Home Screen or wait minutes for the loading to finally give me a “lost connection” pop up message.
Game changes in the background at fast mouse movements
Hello, I'm having a problem where, when I make quick mouse movements and press the keys (aim/shoot), my mouse/cursor leaves the game and jumps to the right onto my second monitor. The game then goes into the background, but remains visible and sometimes freezes for several seconds. Only after a short wait can I tab back into the game. On PS5, everytime i load the game up, it takes forever to even get to the UT menus, once im in, after about 5 minutes the green triangle will pop up and my game will constantly be stuck loading until i close the app. I've re installed, re built my data base, logged out of ps account and deleted saved data nothing seems to fix it. I have changed dns, ip and everything. Its a server side issue. Theres nothing wrong with my internet or playstation as every other game and even game mode on EAFC26 i have works completely fine no issue. This is a recurring issue for many people across various servers. It is all over your EA Communications twitter replies so not sure why it hasnt been fixed. I'm on Australian servers however have seen issues across all servers.

Hello. A DLC called “The Sims 4: Enchanted By Nature Pre-order Bonus” appeared in my account after redeeming a key. It shows as “Downloadable”, but I don't own the main expansion and it cannot be installed or removed. Could you please remove this DLC from my account? It seems to be causing issues when launching The Sims 4.FC26 KEEPS FREEZING!!
Has anyone else been having a problem with the game randomly freezing on the menus when you click onto something to go to a different page, or when you go to start or finish a match? The little line keeps going round the FC triangle at the bottom of the screen like it's loading but nothing happens. It's happening on both old and new gen versions on my PS5 and it's really getting on my **bleep** having to restart the game every 5 minutes. Tried deleting and reinstalling both versions, have rebuilt the database, took the fan out and cleaned it in case it was overheating but it isn't and l've got a fan on it anyway. Any suggestions on what else it could be or what I could try would be much appreciated! Cheers.
