F1 25 Crashing (ANTI-CHEAT)
Hey all, I’ve been stuck with this crash that began today and I’m out of ideas. Hoping someone else has hit the same issue: Error log (Event Viewer, Windows 11): Source: Application EAAntiCheatService The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 What I’ve already tried: Verified game files (Steam) Reinstalled EA AntiCheat Clean GPU driver install with DDU (just last week) Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner, etc.) Closed RGB/control apps (Corsair iCUE, Armoury Crate, etc.) Cleared EA App cache Disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) Reinstalled latest Visual C++ runtimes (x86 + x64, 2015–2022) Tried without XMP/EXPO System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 RX 7800XT, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Steam version of the game Issue: Every time I launch F1 25, the game dies instantly with EA AntiCheat logging 0xC0000005. No other errors show in Event Viewer except the AntiCheat entry. At this point I’m thinking it’s either a deeper EA AntiCheat conflict, or something specific to my system config. Has anyone else run into this exact crash recently? Any hidden fixes I’ve missed? Thanks in advance 🙏
Frustrations with Anticheat Problem
Hi, I've just bought this game and have been trying to launch it. I've had very little success. I've probably tried to launch it 30 times. One time when I launched through EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, it actually launched, I was able to play for about 20 minutes, then it crashed again. I have since not been able to launch it again. No error code comes up, it just crashes (and sometimes crashes my whole computer). I'm quite frustrated. I'm trying to play it through steam. This is my rig: Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (3.00 GHz) Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It runs every other game fine (including F1 24). Every other game I can run on ultra graphics. I've tried many fixes for this, including full reinstall, verifying the files, altering the hardware_settings_config file to turn off ray tracing, reinstalling graphics card drivers, disabling overlays (steam and NVidia). I cant play My Team because it stuck for more than 30 min. i lost my patient so i closed it and try again for like 7 times. I played F1 25 on steam and checked in their forum and found some people have the same issue (some tried to wait 1 hour or more) and i found that we had same criteria, that was we have Maini in our driver line-up. Is it chained-problem from the last patch where "Fixed an issue where Kush Maini could sometimes be using an incorrect helmet"
Migrating host
Now I can’t finish a single online race because the game always “migrates host” Ive restarted my internet, reinstalled the game but nothing works. I’m trying to race for my esports team but the game wont let me even finish a online race. Ive had this problem a bit in F1 23/24 but at the moment its every race so for the time being I’m stuck with the AI. EA, you need to fix this ASAPCOOP Breaking Bug
So me and a friend of mine got to season 3 of our COOP, only to be met on my side (the host) with a bug. We are in the driver headquarters and this my R&D shows as in the picture. Not only that, but my teams in previous seasons were completely out of place (in season 1 I drove for the Kick Sauber, but for me i drove for the VCARB and my friend saw me in the McLaren). On the side of my name the team color was white instead of the team color. In the COOP menu selection, I don't appear on the driver stardings even tho i finished season 2 in second place (the other picure). We progressed and went to Australia, but my game freezes and crashes before loading up. My friend is able to load in, and he also doesnt see my name in the standings as there are 21 drivers. Fells like my entire "COOP profile" if you can call it like that has been deleted and there's no way of fixing it. I tired to remove my friend then re-add him, didn't work. I tried to verify files intergity (I'm on Steam), didn't work either. Such a shame to have our save gone like this. I hope the team can still pull out an update to fix this issue as we will be stuck on this game for another year, and if COOPs can't go further then season 2 many more people will be upsetFreezes and crashes on xbox series s just minutes after starting game
I've tried every troubleshooting method under the sun and the game freezes and crashes after just minutes. Other games on my Xbox, even those of similar size to f1 25, work absolutely fine. Support chats have not been able to help. Not even a dodgy game file as I initially bought it off the xbox store, refunded it and tried a key from amazone. Neither working
Coop career broken - not loading
Similar problem as already reported by Calwigz97 Coop career 1: After finishing China GP and loading back into F1 25 coop career: Playstation player can join but PC player cant join - stuck in loading screen "wait". Always the same... When PS Player leaves suddenly PC player automatically joins but has bugged menu (F&E white, no advance...). Then PS player cant rejoin. New coop career: PS Game and PC game crashes at grid reveal. We tried repair, reinstall, restart, P1 joins first, P2 joins first nothing works. Pls help, wanns play a ton of coop the next 14 days... I've been playing your F1 games loyally since forever, so I'd appreciate help on this issue.COOP Career Broken
When we enter from lobby. It will load the host in, and I will be stuck on loading screen. I then restart whilst the host stays on the game and then it'll load me onto the workstation, but for the wrong track without the advance button available. I have tried restarts on both game and console. Cleared cache. Deleted and redownloaded data from cloud network. Deleted and redownloaded game. Several hrs of different attempts to fix, but it is fully broken.Freezes then crashes just minutes after starting the game
I've just upgraded to an Xbox Series S and I bought the game from the xbox store. Every time I try to load it up, it freezes then crashes on me (without an error code) after maximum of a couple of minutes, at completely random intervals. The xbox can handle other games including those of similar size perfectly fine, my network is fine and I think I've tried literally every troubleshooting method possible. Both Xbox and EA support chatlines couldn't find a solution. Any help would be really appreciated to overcome this issue
